The conductive seat comprises a base, which is characterized in that the upper end of the base is fixedly connected with a mounting plate, two slotted holes are arranged on the base, conducive blocks in sliding connection are arranged in the slotted holes, a spring is arranged between the lower end of each conductive block and the bottom of the slotted hole, through holes corresponding to the slotted holes on the base are formed on the mounting plate, the hole diameter of each through hole is smaller than the size of the conductive block so as to limit the conductive block in the slotted hole of the base, and the conductive blocks are respectively connected with power cords. The conductive seat is simple in structure and convenient to use, and can improve the detection efficiency of the motor and solve the problems that the power cords need to be connected and detached for detecting each motor in the prior art, the testing efficiency is lower and the like.

Description Conductive Seat for Testing Motor Technical Field The invention relates to a conductive seat for testing a motor, which belongs to the technical field of detection auxiliary devices for motors. Background of the Invention Whether motors can run normally or not needs to be detected before leaving a factory, in the prior art, power cords are mostly connected with binding posts of the motors for electrifying, and then detection is further performed; however, the power cords need to be connected and detached for detecting each motor in the way, and the testing efficiency is lower. Summary of the Invention The invention aims at providing a conductive seat for testing a motor, which is simple in structure and convenient to use, and can improve the detection efficiency of the motor and solve the problems that power cords need to be connected and detached for detecting each motor in the prior art, the testing efficiency is lower and the like. The above technical purpose of the invention is mainly solved through 1 the following technical scheme: the conductive seat comprises a base and is characterized in that the upper end of the base is fixedly connected with a mounting plate, two slotted holes are arranged on the base, conducive blocks in sliding connection are arranged in the slotted holes, a spring is arranged between the lower end of each conductive block and the bottom of the slotted hole, through holes corresponding to the slotted holes on the base are formed on the mounting plate, the hole diameter of each through hole is smaller than the size of the conductive block so as to limit the conductive block in the slotted hole of the base, and the conductive blocks are respectively connected with power cords. When in testing, only two binding posts of the motor to be tested need to be inserted into the two through holes of the mounting plate for forming electrical connection with the conductive blocks, thereby electrifying the motor to be tested for testing, being unnecessary to be directly connected with the binding posts of the motor to be tested through conducting wires and further improving testing efficiency. Preferably, the mounting plate is connected with the base through a screw, thereby facilitating maintenance of the conductive seat. Preferably, each slotted hole is in a step structure which is big at the upper section and small at the lower section, the inner diameter of the upper section of each slotted hole is matched with the outer diameter of the conductive block, and the inner diameter of the lower section of each 2 slotted hole is matched with the outer diameter of the spring. Wherein, an annular step which is formed between the upper section and the lower section of each slotted hole can be in contact with the lower end of the conductive block for playing a role of limiting downward movement of the conductive block, thereby preventing causing transition compression to the springs when the binding posts of the motor to be tested are in contact with the conductive blocks, avoiding damaging the springs and further ensuring reliability of the conductive seat. Therefore, the invention has the characteristics of being simple in structure, being convenient to use, being capable of improving the detection efficiency of the motor, being stable and reliable in performances and the like. Detailed Description of the Invention In combination of the figures, the technical scheme of the invention is further specifically described through the following embodiment. Embodiment 1: as shown in Figure 1, the upper end of a base I is fixedly connected with a mounting plate 2 through a screw, two slotted holes 3 3 are arranged on the base 1, conducive blocks 4 in sliding connection are arranged in the slotted holes 3, each slotted hole 3 is in a step structure which is big at the upper section and small at the lower section, the inner diameter of the upper section of each slotted hole 3 is matched with the outer diameter of the conductive block 4, a spring 5 is arranged between the lower end of each conductive block 4 and the bottom of the slotted hole 3, and the inner diameter of the lower section of each slotted hole 4 is matched with the outer diameter of the spring 5. Through holes 6 corresponding to the slotted holes 3 on the base are formed on the mounting plate 2, the hole diameter of each through hole 6 is smaller than the size of the conductive block 4 so as to limit the conductive block 4 in the slotted hole 3 of the base, and the conductive blocks 4 are respectively connected with power cords. When in testing, only two binding posts 8 of a motor 7 to be tested need to be inserted into the two through holes of the mounting plate for forming electrical connection with the conductive blocks, thereby electrifying the motor to be tested for testing, being unnecessary to be directly connected with the binding posts of the motor to be tested through conducting wires and further improving testing efficiency. 4

A conductive seat for testing a motor, comprising a base, characterized in that the upper end of the base is fixedly connected with a mounting plate, two slotted holes are arranged on the base, conducive blocks in sliding connection are arranged in the slotted holes, a spring is arranged between the lower end of each conductive block and the bottom of the slotted hole, through holes corresponding to the slotted holes on the base are formed on the mounting plate, the hole diameter of each through hole is smaller than the size of the conductive block so as to limit the conductive block in the slotted hole of the base, and the conductive blocks are respectively connected with power cords.
2. The conductive seat for testing the motor according to claim 1, characterized in that the mounting plate is connected with the base through a screw.

The conductive seat for testing the motor according to claim I or 2, characterized in that each slotted hole is in a step structure which is big at the upper section and small at the lower section, the inner diameter of the upper section of each slotted hole is matched with the outer diameter of the conductive block, and the inner diameter of the lower section of each slotted hole is matched with the outer diameter of the spring. 5
