Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种多工位高压开关,它包含一个第一开关和一个第二开关,这两个开关都采用真空绝缘和灭弧的开关,其中的第一开关的动触头连接端与第二开关的静触头连接端相连接,这两个开关及连接件均封闭在由环氧树脂绝缘材料压注成型的环氧树脂绝缘层内,所述第一开关的静触头连接端和动触头连接端分别作为高压输入和高压输出端接口,这两个接口设为插头或插口结构,在环氧树脂绝缘层外,设有半导电层。本实用新型与现有技术相比可以解决现有技术中接地,负荷,隔离开关体积大,安全性和可靠性较低的问题,同时又可实现带第二开关的负荷开关或带第二开关的隔离开关等多种用途。尤其适用于小型化设计的高压固体绝缘开关设备。

技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型属于电力设备的制造技术领域,特别是涉及一种在小型化设计的开关 设备中,起接地、负荷或隔离开关作用的多工位高压开关。
背景技术
[0002] 电力设备内所选用的负荷开关或隔离开关通常分为三个工位:合闸、分闸和接地, 负荷开关和隔离开关主要区别在于负荷开关能带负荷操作,隔离开关不能,负荷开关能带 负荷操作,具有一定的关合能力,可单独的控制和保护供电线路,而隔离开关通常则是配合 断路器使用,当断路器断开电路后,由于隔离开关的断开使电力设备中的有电与无电部分 得到更可靠的隔开。空气绝缘开关设备内的三工位接地,负荷、隔离开关通常都是刀式触 头,通过机构主轴带动动刀实现合间、分间和接地三个工位,依靠空气灭弧。而目前比较先 进的三工位接地、负荷或隔离开关是把刀式开关触头部份安装于充有六氟化硫气体的密封 气箱内,通过六氟化硫气体来绝缘和灭弧。空气绝缘开关设备内的三工位接地、负荷或隔离 开关由于触头完全敞露在空气中,不但开关体积巨大,而且开关很容易受凝露,粉尘,盐雾 等外部环境的影响,而三相的触头之间仅仅通过空气隔开绝缘,一旦发生内部燃弧,故障很 容易扩散直至整台开关设备损毁,危及设备和人身的安全。六氟化硫气体绝缘的三工位接 地,负荷、隔离开关由于是在密封在气箱内,所以开关本身可免受外部环境的影响,但开关 的触头间依然没有很好的隔离,加上气箱内充有一定压力的六氟化硫气体,一旦发生泄漏 故障,不仅使整台开关受损,所造成的爆炸更强烈,形成的危害也随之增加,再加上六氟化 硫气体对臭氧层有很强的破坏性,一旦泄漏到大气中,会加剧温室效应。
[0003] 综上所述,现有的三工位接地,负荷、隔离开关在安全性、可靠性以及满足小型化 设计要求方面均存在不足。
发明内容
[0004] 本实用新型所要解决的问题是提供一种多工位高压开关,它可以解决现有技术中 接地,负荷,隔离开关体积大,安全性和可靠性较低的问题。
[0005] 为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案:这种多工位高压开关,包 括有第一开关和接地开,关所述第一开关和第二开关都是采用真空绝缘和灭弧,具有真空 管的开关;所述第一开关动触头连接端与所述第二开关静触头连接端相连接,该连接电极 设有高压输出端接口 ;所述的第一开关和所述第二开关以及它们的连接电极包含在压注形 成的环氧树脂绝缘层的内部;所述环氧树脂绝缘层在所述第一开关和所述第二开关的动触 头的操作连接件外均设有开口 ;所述环氧树脂绝缘层在所述第一开关静触头连接端的高压 输入端接口外设有高压输入端接合面;所述环氧树脂绝缘层在所述高压输出端的接口外设 有高压输出端接合面;所述环氧树脂绝缘层在除所述高压输入端接合面和所述高压输出端 接合面以及所述第一开关和第二开关动端连接孔之外的外表面设有半导电材料层,所述 半导电材料层的外表面每厘米距离的电阻值R是:500欧姆< 10000欧姆。[0006] 上述方案中,更具体的方案可以是:所述高压输入端接口和所述高压输出端接口 与其外部的所述环氧树脂绝缘层均可以设置成为插头结构或插口结构。
[0007] 当高压输入端接口及其外的所述环氧树脂绝缘层是插口结构时,所述高压输入端 接口处设有导电连接插口,此时所述环氧树脂绝缘层的高压输入端接合面是外大内小的锥 孔面,所述环氧树脂绝缘层在该锥孔的大端外设有法兰连接的螺纹孔;当高压输入端接口 及其外的所述环氧树脂绝缘层是插头结构时,所述高压输入端接口设有导电连接的插头, 所述环氧树脂绝缘层的高压输入端接合面是外小内大的锥台面,所述环氧树脂绝缘层在该 锥台大端外设有连接法兰。
[0008] 当高压输出端接口及其外的所述环氧树脂绝缘层是插口结构时,所述高压输出端 接口处设有导电连接插口,此时所述环氧树脂绝缘层的高压输出端接合面是外大内小的锥 孔面,所述环氧树脂绝缘层在该锥孔的大端外设有法兰连接的螺纹孔;当高压输出端接口 及其外的所述环氧树脂绝缘层是插头结构时,所述高压输出端接口设有导电连接的插头, 所述环氧树脂绝缘层的高压输出端接合面是外小内大的锥台面,所述环氧树脂绝缘层在该 锥台大端外设有连接法兰。
[0009] 上述各种技术方案的组合方式中,更具体的还可以是:所述环氧树脂绝缘层上所 述第二开关操作连接件外的开口与所述第一开关操作连接件外的开口并排设置,所述第二 开关动触头连接端作为接地端,该接地端的连接口设在所述第二开关操作连接件外的所述 环氧树脂绝缘层的开口处;所述第一开关的操作连接件的内端通过硅橡胶密封套可以封装 在所述环氧树脂绝缘层上的动端连接孔,在该孔内,所述环氧树脂绝缘层与所述第一开关 动触头连接端接合部外围有一由导电材料制成并与所述第一开关动触头连接端相连接的 均压件,该均压件预埋在所述环氧树脂绝缘层内。
[0010] 本实用新型所称半导电材料层外表面每厘米距离的电阻值是指在该层表面任意 距离1厘米的两点之间的电阻值。
[0011] 由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
[0012] 1、适用范围大,当第一开关作为负荷开关使用时,本多工位高压开关便可作为三 工位接地、负荷开关使用;当第一开关作为隔离开关使用时,本多工位高压开关便可作为三 工位接地、隔离开关使用;
[0013] 2、体积小,第二开关、第一开关的触头均封装在真空灭弧室内,并用环氧树脂压注 成型,第一开关的操作连接件又由硅橡胶密封套封装在环氧树脂绝缘层的动端连接孔内, 使本多工位高压开关的高压导电部分与外界空间完全由固体绝缘材料所密封,因其高压绝 缘隔离距离极大缩小,因此各部件之间可以很紧凑地排列,不仅本身体积大大缩小,而且在 应用时可以与其它设备零部件近距离布置,尤其适用于高压电气的小型化设计;
[0014] 3、本多工位高压开关的第二开关、第一开关的动、静触头均置于真空环境中,避免 开关触头受外界环境的影响;第一开关动触点的连接电极与环氧树脂绝缘层及动端连接孔 的连接部外又设置有均压件;连接端口采用开放式设计,有利于环氧树脂固化成型时的向 心收缩,避免环氧树脂固化成型时对真空灭弧室的真空管缓冲层的拉扯,防止影响真空管 的绝缘能力;这些结构特征均可使本多工位高压开关具有很高的工作的可靠性;
[0015] 4、在环氧树脂绝缘层外表面设置有半导电材料层,在使用时,通过将半导电材料 层接地,可以使外表面的感应电压控制在安全电压范围内,不仅可以防止对触碰或非触碰附近人员的意外电击,还可以防止对旁边设备、零部件电击损坏,可以有效防止相间燃弧和 避免故障的跨相扩散;
[0016] 5、本多工位高压开关的高压导电输入、输出端及其外部环氧树脂绝缘层设置成连 接插口或连接插头,使本多工位高压开关与其它导电零部件的连接十分方便,与其它导电 零部件的绝缘层可实现无缝隙密封连接,使用中占用连接安装空间小,适于小型化设计设 备中应用。

[0022] 图1所示的多工位高压开关,它有一个由动触头导电滑块8、动触头操作连接件9、 真空灭弧室10、静触头连接端11和动触头连接端12等构成的第一开关;有一个由动触头 操作连接件3、动触头导电滑块4、真空灭弧室5、静触头连接端6和动触头连接端18等构成 的第二开关;第一开关的动触头连接端11与第二开关的静触头连接端6通过螺杆和铜排7 相连接。
[0023] 第一开关的静触头连接端11的右端作为高压输入端接口,该接口设有一用于与 输入高压导电体的导电插头相连接的导电插口 ;第一开关的动触头连接端12的下端作为 高压输出端接口,该接口的前端为用于与输出高压导电体的导电连接插口连接的插头;第 二开关的动触头连接端18作为接地端,在使用时可以直接与开关设备的壳体相连接。
[0024] 第一开关和第二开关的全部零件,和连接第一开关和第二开关的螺杆、铜排7,以 及动触头连接端12的上通过螺杆连接的主体为筒体状的金属材料制成的均压件13在组装 连接构成后,用自动压力凝胶工艺压注在固化了的环氧树脂绝缘层2的内部。
[0025] 环氧树脂绝缘层2在第一开关的静触头连接端11的右端外,设有一个外大内小的 喇叭状开口,该开口的锥孔面2. 1是用于与输入高压电的导电体的绝缘层通过硅像胶垫等 弹性密封连接件压接的接合面,环氧树脂绝缘层2的端部在这个接合面之外在压注环氧树 脂绝缘层2时预埋有4个如图3所示的螺纹孔嵌件21 ;环氧树脂绝缘层2在第一开关的动 触头连接端12的下端外,设有一个外端小内端大的突出锥形部,该锥形部的锥台面2. 2是 用于与输出高压电的导电体的绝缘层通过硅像胶垫等弹性密封连接件压接的接合面,在该 接合面的上方,环氧树脂绝缘层2在压注时成型有4个如图4所示的连接法兰孔22 ;环氧 树脂绝缘层2在第一开关的动触头朝向的右端设有一个动端连接孔2. 3,动端连接孔2. 3 在右端开口 一段为大孔,大孔内的一段为较小的锥孔,在这个锥孔段内,有一个绝缘拉杆14 与第一开关双头螺杆结构的动触头操作连接件9连接,绝缘拉杆14的外端通过嵌装的螺管 和螺母17穿装固定在一个波碗形状的硅橡胶密封套16的中央通孔上,硅橡胶密封套16通 过螺母垫片和预埋的螺杆15密封连接在环氧树脂绝缘层2锥孔段外端面上,把绝缘拉杆14封在锥孔段内;预埋在环氧树脂绝缘层2内的均压件13围绕在该锥孔段内第一开关动触头 连接端12与环氧树脂绝缘层2锥孔内端的连接部外面,以防该部发生局部放电;环氧树脂 绝缘层2在第二开关的动触头朝向的右端也设有一个动端与连接孔2. 3并排设置的动端连 接孔2. 4,第二开关的动触头连接端18就装在动端连接孔2. 4内。
[0026] 环氧树脂绝缘层2的外表面,除了锥孔面2. 1和锥台面2. 2以及动端连接孔2. 3和 动端连接孔2. 4的内表面外,均涂有一层半导电材料层1,这个半导电材料层1由作为抗静 电材料的石墨与稀释粘结剂混合构成,在其它实施方式中,也可以采用现有制造电阻的工 艺材料制成,该层在其表面不同位置,根据其分布结构的不同,其单位距离之间的电阻值有 所不同,通过调节构成物的比例和层厚的调整,控制在每厘米距离之间的电阻值R是:500 欧姆< R ^ 10000欧姆即可。
[0027] 根据本实施例的原理,在其它实施例中,高压输入端和高压输出端的结构可以正 与本实施例相反,即高压输入端制成插头连接结构,高压输入端制成插口头连接结构;也可 以将高压输入端和高压输出端均设置成插头结构,或是将高压输入端和高压输出端均设置 成插口结构。

1. 一种多工位高压开关,包括有第一开关和第二开关,其特征在于:所述第一开关和第二开关都是采用真空绝缘和灭弧,具有真空管的开关;所述第一开关动触头连接端与所述第二开关静触头连接端相连接,该连接电极设有高 压输出端接口;所述的第一开关和所述第二开关以及它们的连接电极包含在压注形成的环氧树脂绝 缘层的内部;所述环氧树脂绝缘层在所述第一开关和所述第二开关的动触头的操作连接件外均设 有开口 ;所述环氧树脂绝缘层在所述第一开关静触头连接端的高压输入端接口外设有高压 输入端接合面;所述环氧树脂绝缘层在所述高压输出端的接口外设有高压输出端接合面; 所述环氧树脂绝缘层在除所述高压输入端接合面和所述高压输出端接合面以及所述第一 开关和第二开关动端连接孔之外的外表面设有半导电材料层,所述半导电材料层的外表 面每厘米距离的电阻值R是:500欧姆≤ R≤10000欧姆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多工位高压开关,其特征在于:所述高压输入端接口设 有导电连接插口,所述环氧树脂绝缘层的高压输入端接合面是外大内小的锥孔面,所述环 氧树脂绝缘层在该锥孔大端外设有法兰连接的螺纹孔;所述高压输出端接口设有导电连接 插头,所述环氧树脂绝缘层的高压输出端接合面是外小内大的锥台面,所述环氧树脂绝缘 层在该锥台大端外设有连接法兰。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种多工位高压开关,其特征在于:所述高压输入端接口设 有导电连接插口,所述环氧树脂绝缘层的高压输入端接合面是外大内小的锥孔面,所述环 氧树脂绝缘层在该锥孔大端外设有法兰连接的螺纹孔;所述高压输出端接口设有导电连接 插口,所述环氧树脂绝缘层的高压输出端接合面是外大内小的锥孔面,所述环氧树脂绝缘 层在该锥孔大端外设有法兰连接的螺纹孔。

7.根据权利要求1、2、3、4或5所述的一种多工位高压开关,其特征在于:所述第一开 关的操作连接件的内端通过硅橡胶密封套封装在所述环氧树脂绝缘层上动端连接孔内,在 该孔内,所述环氧树脂绝缘层与所述第一开关动触头连接端接合部外围有一由导电材料制成并与所述第一开关动触头连接端相连接的均压件,该均压件预埋在所述环氧树脂绝缘层 内。
