现有的LED,单独采用热传导座来散热,散热不理想,因为散热等问题不能解决,显示性能不理想,因此,有必要对现有的LED进行改进。

本实用新型要解决技术问题是提供一种低热阻LED。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种低热阻LED,热传导座设置在散热座上,在热传导座上设有灯碗,发光晶片设置在灯碗中。
所述的散热座与热传导座通过导热硅膏连接。
有益效果:
本实用新型的低热阻LED,其热传导座的厚度大大减小,减小到原有厚度的三分之一以内,然后再采用导热硅膏将热传导座与散热座相连,使得散热速度更快,散热效果更为理想,不但能保障LED的使用寿命,而且也能提高LED的发光效率。

实施例1:
如图1所示,一种低热阻LED,热传导座1设置在散热座2上,所述的散热座2与热传导座1通过导热硅膏7连接,在热传导座1上设有灯碗3,发光晶片4设置在灯碗3中,发光晶片4通过金线5与电极6相连。
发光晶片产生的热量经热传导座和导热硅膏传导到散热座上并散发出去,由于热传导座和散热座的厚度总和都比原有的LED的散热装置的厚度要小,因此热量传导的速度快,散热效果好。
