本实用新型主要涉及振动筛领域，尤其涉及一种振动筛压紧装置
背景技术：
振动筛是原矿原料生产系统中将大颗粒原料和适合后续生产的小颗粒原料分离的关键设备。已有技术中的振动筛是将筛网放在下托板上，再用螺栓和筛网压条将筛网和下托板固定。如此，每次拆卸时需要拆除的螺栓就有32只，而螺栓在使用过程中受矿石碰撞和细小粉尘粘结很难取出，导致每次更换筛网花费的时间较长。而这种结构的筛网更换又比较频繁，会浪费很多时间。此外，新筛网安装前还要打孔，对生产的连续性有很大的影响。

本实用新型目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种结构简单、方便拆卸的振动筛压紧装置。

一种振动筛压紧装置，其特征在于：包括有框形的下托板，下托板上放置有筛网，下托板的四周边沿部位固定有围挡在筛网外的边护板，所述边护板的内表面上固定有位于筛网上侧的挡块，有楔形块插装在挡块与筛网之间。

本实用新型在筛网四周均匀焊上八个挡块，然后用木块做成一头大一头小的楔形块，并用此楔形块插在下托板和挡块之间将筛网楔牢。按照此种安装方法，一个操作工每次更换筛网的时间只需十分钟。

1.一种振动筛压紧装置，其特征在于：包括有框形的下托板，下托板上放置有筛网，下托板的四周边沿部位固定有围挡在筛网外的边护板，所述边护板的内表面上固定有位于筛网上侧的挡块，有楔形块插装在挡块与筛网之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种振动筛压紧装置，其特征在于：所述边护板上固定有均匀分布在筛网四周的挡块。
