背景技术:
电池极耳在生产中,模切送料是非常重要的一个步骤,但是在传统的电池极耳在生产中,模切送料都存在一定的问题,其结构设计上采用普通电机带动,容易出现送料不顺畅,送料位置误差大,从而模切精度也很低,产晶不良率高。 
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的不足,而提供新型全自动锂电池极片模切送料结构,其结构设计科学,送料顺畅,模切精度高,产品不良率低。 
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案,其包括架体、送料整理机构、一号压料气缸、伺服电机,架体上端安装有送料整理机构,送料整理机构的一侧设有一号压料气缸,一号压料气缸与由一号主动辊、一号变向齿轮构成的传动机构连接,送料整理机构的另一侧设有二号压料气缸,二号压料气缸与由压料辊、二号变向齿轮、二号主动辊、从动辊构成的传动机构连接,送料整理机构两侧的传动机构通过同步带与伺服电机相连接。 
所述的一号压料气缸与一号变向齿轮连接,一号变向齿轮与一 号主动辊啮合,一号主动辊通过同步带与伺服电机连接,二号压料气缸与压料辊连接,压料辊与通过传动带连接,二号主动辊上设有二号变向齿轮,二号变向齿轮与从动辊上的齿轮啮合,一号主动辊、二号主动辊通过同步带与伺服电机相互连接。 
本实用新型有益效果为:送料整理机构的一侧设有一号压料气缸,一号压料气缸与由一号主动辊、一号变向齿轮构成的传动机构连接,送料整理机构的另一侧设有二号压料气缸,二号压料气缸与压料辊、二号变向齿轮、二号主动辊、从动辊构成的传动机构连接,送料整理机构两侧的传动机构通过同步带与伺服电机相连接,其结构设计科学,伺服电机控制送料,送料顺畅,模切精度高,产品不良率低。

所述的一号压料气缸3与一号变向齿轮5连接,一号变向齿轮5与一号主动辊4啮合,一号主动辊4通过同步带10与伺服电机6连接,二号压料气缸31与压料辊7连接,压料辊7与通过传动带连接,二号主动辊9上设有二号变向齿轮8,二号变向齿轮8与从动辊91上的齿轮啮合,一号主动辊4、二号主动辊9通过同步带10与伺服电机6相互连接。 
本实用新型安装要整个设备中使用,本实用新型只是整个设备中一个机构,全自动送料采用伺服电机提供主动力,同步带同步轮传递动力,它可以提高走料速度,能保证高频率起停和送料时的精度。

1.新型全自动锂电池极片模切送料结构,其包括架体(1)、送料整理机构(2)、一号压料气缸(3)、伺服电机(6),其特征在于:架体(1)上端安装有送料整理机构(2),送料整理机构(2)的一侧设有一号压料气缸(3),一号压料气缸(3)与由一号主动辊(4)、一号变向齿轮(5)构成的传动机构连接,送料整理机构(2)的另一侧设有二号压料气缸(31),二号压料气缸(31)与由压料辊(7)、二号变向齿轮(8)、二号主动辊(9)、从动辊(91)构成的传动机构连接,送料整理机构(2)两侧的传动机构通过同步带(10)与伺服电机(6)相连接。
