一种无烧焊无螺丝的眼镜铰链结构,包括有眼镜桩头组件及眼镜腿组件,其特征在于:在所述眼镜的桩头组件设置有一环型连接部件,一柄状紧固件及爪状紧固件,所述的眼镜腿组件同样设置有一环型连接转轴。该桩头组件设置的环型连接部件通过设置在所述眼镜腿组件的纳置孔,并且套进所述眼镜腿组件设置的环型转轴,所述眼镜桩头组件设置的爪状紧固件夹紧所述眼镜桩头组件设置的柄状紧固件,将所述眼镜腿组件设置的环型转轴夹紧并使之在所述眼镜桩头组件设置的环型连接部件内旋转。本实用新型所提供一种无烧焊无螺丝的眼镜连接结构,避免了脱焊或螺丝滑牙等问题,方便装配和简化了生产工序。

现有技术中,眼镜是部份人必不可少的使用工具,例如近视或远视的眼患者,老年人等;同时,现今大多数眼镜生产在有连接结构时都是采用烧焊或锁螺丝的方法。容易造成脱焊或螺丝滑牙等问题,而且生产工序繁多。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种无烧焊无螺丝的眼镜铰链结构,方更装配和简化生产工序。
本实用新型的技术方案包括:
一种无烧焊无螺丝的眼镜铰链结构,包括有眼镜桩头组件及眼镜腿组件,其特征在于:在所述眼镜的桩头组件设置有一环型连接部件,一柄状紧固件及爪状紧固件,所述的眼镜腿组件同样设置有一环型连接转轴。该桩头组件设置的环型连接部件通过设置在所述眼镜腿组件的纳置孔,并且套进所述眼镜腿组件设置的环型转轴,所述眼镜桩头组件设置的爪状紧固件夹紧所述眼镜桩头组件设置的柄状紧固件,将所述眼镜腿组件设置的环型转轴夹紧并使之在所述眼镜桩头组件设置的环型连接部件内旋转。
本实用新型所提供一种无烧焊无螺丝的眼镜连接结构,避免了脱焊或螺丝滑牙等问题,方更装配和简化了生产工序。

以下结合附图,将对本实用新型较佳实例进行更为详细的说明。
本实用新型的眼镜腿与桩头组件之间的连接结构较佳实施例,如图2、图3所示,其设置的是完成装配后的3D立体展示图。
如图1a、图1b、图1c所示,在所述的桩头组件110设置有一环型连接部件111,并与所述眼镜腿组件210上设置有一环型连接转轴211相适配,如图1a、图1b、图1c所示。所述桩头组件110并设置有一柄部112,也同时设置有两“U”形爪状紧固件113。
如图1b所示,当所述的桩头组件110上设置的柄部112和环型连接部件111依次穿过所述眼镜腿组件210上设置的纳置孔212并与所述眼镜腿组件210上设置的环型连接转轴211相适配后,如图1c所示,该所述的桩头组件110上设置的柄部112将会被压入“U”形爪状紧固件113内,并由两“U”形爪状紧固件113将之夹紧,使桩头组件110与眼镜腿组件210锁紧,并使眼镜腿组件210可沿环型连接转轴211在所述的桩头组件110设置的环型连接部件111内转动。
本实用新型所述的是一种无烧焊无螺丝的眼镜连接结构,避免了脱焊或螺丝滑牙等问题,方更装配和简化了生产工序。

1.一种无烧焊无螺丝的眼镜铰链结构,包括有眼镜桩头组件及眼镜腿组件,其特征在于:在所述眼镜桩头组件设置有一环型连接部件和一柄状紧固件,所述的眼镜腿组件同样设置有一环型连接转轴;所述眼镜腿组件包括由该桩头组件设置的环型连接部件穿过并且套进环型转轴的纳置孔,所述眼镜桩头组件还包括夹紧所述柄状紧固件从而将所述环型转轴夹紧并使之能在所述环型连接部件内旋转的爪状紧固件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无烧焊无螺丝的眼镜铰链结构,其特征在于,所述环型连接部件、柄状紧固件、爪状紧固件设置为金属材质,并设置具有预定厚度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无烧焊无螺丝的眼镜铰链结构,其特征在于,所述眼镜腿设置的环型连接转轴由金属制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无烧焊无螺丝的眼镜铰链结构,其特征在于,所述连接件设置为片形状或圆线形状。
