技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种具有过渡层的粉末冶金闸片,属于粉末冶金摩擦材料领域。
背景技术
粉末冶金摩擦材料,是以金属及其合金为基体,添加摩擦组元和润滑组元,用粉末冶金方法制成的复合材料。粉末冶金摩擦材料具有足够的强度,合适而稳定的摩擦系数,工作平稳可靠,耐磨及污染少等优点,是现代刹车材料家族中应用较广泛的材料之一。
现在我国经济快速发展,铁路客货运输量迅速增加,铁路运输的高速化已成为必然的发展趋势。目前我国已经开通时速300km以上高速列车。列车高速化对制动系统具有很高的要求,特别是制动系统的制动闸片提出了更高的要求,其中技术最成熟、应用最广泛的是粉末冶金制动闸片。
现有的粉末冶金闸片是直接将摩擦材料烧结在钢背上,钢背在烧结之前镀一层铜,使摩擦材料与钢背的结合,在使用过程中不会产生二者之间的分离脱落,造成行车事故。
但随着列车高速化的发展,制动闸片受到的载荷增大。并且闸片中含有石墨等大量非金属元素,这些非金属元素在加压烧结过程中不能实现与钢背的冶金结合,使闸片摩擦材料与钢背之间的结合处容易脱离,造成重大行车安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种具有过渡层的粉末冶金闸片,用于克服以上的不足。
本实用新型的闸片是一种在摩擦材料与钢背之间具有过渡层的闸片,优选地,过渡层的厚度为1-2mm。
本实用新型的这种闸片,通过过渡层连接摩擦材料与钢背,与摩擦材料和钢背实现牢固结合,从而提高摩擦材料与钢背之间结合强度,特别适合于高速和重载的场合下应用。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图说明本实用新型。
图1是现有技术的粉末冶金闸片,其中1为摩擦材料,2为钢背。摩擦材料1与钢背2之间在加压烧结过程中,通过摩擦材料1中的金属元素与钢背2结合在一起,从而将摩擦材料1与钢背2连接在一起。
但随着高速列车以及重型运输车的发展,制动闸片受力增大,并且这种粉末冶金闸片中的石墨、摩擦剂等非金属物质含量增大,使金属基体与钢背之间的结合变差,从而容易造成摩擦材料1与钢背2脱离,造成行车安全隐患。
图2是本实用新型的粉末冶金闸片,其中在摩擦材料1与钢背2之间具有过渡层3。过滤层3的优选厚度为1-2mm。过渡层3可以采用与摩擦材料1中相同的金属元素和配比制成,其中不含石墨、摩擦剂等非金属物质,在压制过程中与摩擦材料同时压制成形,在加压烧结过程中与钢背2结合在一起。从而能够通过过渡层3实现摩擦材料1与钢背2的牢固结合,提高摩擦材料1与钢背2之间的结合强度,保证闸片在制动过程中可靠工作,消除安全隐患。

1.一种粉末冶金闸片,其特征在于闸片的摩擦材料(1)与钢背(2)之间具有过渡层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的闸片,其特征在于过渡层(3)的厚度为1-2mm。
