本实用新型涉及一种双螺杆挤出机,具体地说是一种双螺杆挤出机的冷却水槽。 
背景技术
目前,利用双螺杆挤出机生产的过程中多采用水冷方式进行冷却。水冷的优点为:1、水资源来源广泛,成本相对低廉;2、水的比热容较高,适合作为冷却媒介;3、水的化学性稳定,不易与被冷却的物品发生反应,不会给产品的性能的质量带来影响。但现有的双螺杆挤出机,由于冷却水槽设置的不是很合理,存在冷却不均匀,无法充分发挥出水的冷却作用,进而导致了水资源的浪费。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种充分发挥水的冷却作用,冷却效果好的双螺杆挤出机的冷却水槽。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采取以下技术方案: 
一种双螺杆挤出机的冷却水槽,包括底板及装于该底板前、后、左、右侧边上的侧壁,底板的左侧壁上开设有进水口,底板的右侧部设有出水口,所述进水口设于底板左侧壁的上部,底板左侧壁的内壁上部设置有储水箱,进水口位于该储水箱内,储水箱的侧壁上密布开设有通孔。 
所述底板的内表面上设置有凸起的弧形挡板。 
本实用新型通过对现有技术的改进,使水先在储水箱内储存起来,由于储水箱与底板间有高度差,水从储水箱流出到底板时能形成更加快速的水流,又在底板上设置有弧形挡板,使水在流动的过程中形成对流,充分发挥水的冷却作用,有效提高了冷却效果。

为了便于本领域技术人员的理解,下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述。 
如附图1所示,一种双螺杆挤出机的冷却水槽,包括底板1及装于该底板1前、后、左、右侧边上的侧壁,左侧壁上开设有进水口2,在底板1的右侧部设有出水口3,所述进水口2设于底板1左侧壁的上部,在底板1左侧壁的内壁上部设置有储水箱4,进水口2位于该储水箱4内,储水箱4的侧壁上密布开设有通孔41。为了使水在流动的过程中形成对流,在底板1的内表面上设置有凸起的弧形挡板5。 
通过本实用新型揭示的方案改进后,水流从高处往下流,使水到达底板时更容易的形成快速的水流,而水在底板上流动的过程中又遇到弧形挡板,一部分继续往前流动,而一部则因挡板的阻碍而往回流,使水在流动过程中形成对流,实现水与待冷却物品间的热量交换,有效提高了水的冷却效果,经过热交换的水从出水口流出,还可作其他用,充分利用了水资源。

1.一种双螺杆挤出机的冷却水槽,包括底板(1)及装于该底板前、后、左、右侧边上的侧壁,底板的左侧壁上开设有进水口(2),底板的右侧部设有出水口(3),其特征在于:所述进水口设于底板左侧壁的上部,底板左侧壁的内壁上部设置有储水箱(4),进水口位于该储水箱内,储水箱的侧壁上密布开设有通孔(41)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双螺杆挤出机的冷却水槽,其特征在于:所述底板的内表面上设置有凸起的弧形挡板(5)。
