技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种冷却设备,尤其是一种型材挤出用冷却定型水箱。
背景技术:
目前,塑料门窗行业发展日新月异,门窗用PVC型材需要量逐年升高。加之高产量挤出机的广泛应用,型材牵引速度随之提高,主型材牵引速度都需要在每分钟3米以上。这就要求型材在生产过程中冷却要更加快速充分。真空水箱做为型材的主要冷却定型部分,发挥着至关重要的作用。目前,市场上大都是传统的涡流式水箱,水箱前部直接集中供水到前面的腔室内,冷却水再由水箱上部或下部的空隙逐步流经各个腔室,最后从水箱后部出水。这样的冷却方式造成水箱前端几个腔室,由于是新水流入,水温低,型材冷却效果好,但随着热传递的不断进行,从前向后,水温逐渐升高,型材到水箱后部的冷却效果明显减弱。这样就会造成型材在水箱内部前后的冷却速率和冷却效率不一致,冷却效果不佳,导致型材几何外形尺寸和力学性能不佳,限制了型材的牵引速度进一步提高,还影响了型材的质量。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型提供了一种型材挤出用冷却定型水箱,它结构简单,冷却速率一致,冷却效果好,冷却效率高,保证了型材的质量,解决了现有技术中存在的问题。
本实用新型为解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:它包括箱体,在箱体的两端分别设有型材进口和型材出口,在箱体内设有水箱板,水箱板由型材进口至型材出口前密后疏将箱体隔成若干个冷却室,在箱体的后部设有抽水嘴和抽气嘴,在箱体的底板上通过加长螺栓固连有喷水管和进水块,喷水管设在底板上方箱体内部的冷却室下方,进水块设在底板下方箱体外部靠近型材进口的箱体前端,喷水管一端底部与进水块内的水道相连通,在进水块的一侧设有进水嘴,在喷水管上表面设有若干个喷水孔。
在进水嘴上还设有水压表。
本实用新型结构简单,在箱体的底板上通过加长螺栓固连喷水管和进水块,喷水管设在底板上方箱体内部的冷却室下方,进水块设在底板下方箱体外部靠近型材进口的箱体前端,喷水管一端底部与进水块内的水道相连通,在进水块的一侧设置进水嘴,在喷水管上表面设置喷水孔,这种在箱体底部设置喷淋装置的真空水箱相比传统涡流式水箱,型材在水箱内冷却更充分,冷却效率更高,真空定型效果更好,型材的外形尺寸和力学性能更佳;在保持型材同样尺寸和力学性能的前提下,采用底部喷淋装置的真空水箱,其型材牵引速度可提高0.5~1m/min,极大地提高了型材企业的生产效率;喷水管设在底板上方箱体内部的冷却室下方,喷射时保证冷却水进入每个冷却室的量大致相同,使每个冷却室的水温几乎相同,从而保证型材在经过每个冷却室时保持一致的冷却速率和更高的冷却效率,使型材性能更佳;在进水嘴上设置水压表,可按需调节水量大小,更加节能,减少了不必要的浪费。

为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点,下面通过具体实施方式,并结合其附图,对本实用新型进行详细阐述。
如图1~2所示,本实用新型包括箱体1,在箱体1的两端分别设有型材进口和型材出口,在箱体1内设有水箱板2,水箱板2由型材进口至型材出口前密后疏将箱体隔成若干个冷却室3,在箱体1的后部设有抽水嘴4和抽气嘴5,在箱体1的底板6上通过加长螺栓7固连有喷水管8和进水块9,喷水管8设在底板6上方箱体1内部的冷却室3下方,进水块9设在底板6下方箱体1外部靠近型材进口的箱体1前端,喷水管8一端底部与进水块9内的水道相连通,在进水块9的一侧设有进水嘴10,在喷水管8上表面设有若干个喷水孔。喷水管8两端是密封的。
在进水嘴10上还设有水压表11。
整个冷却过程如下:外部的冷却水由进水嘴10进入进水块9内的水道内,再进入喷水管8内,流入喷水管8内的水通过其上表面的喷水孔喷射到每个冷却室3内,所述喷水孔的直径为2mm或3mm,使每个冷却室3内的水量大致相同,水温几乎相同,从而保证型材在经过每个冷却室时保持一致的冷却速率和更高的冷却效率,使型材通过真空水箱的冷却,其外形几何尺寸和力学性能更佳,保证了型材的质量。

1.一种型材挤出用冷却定型水箱,包括箱体,在箱体的两端分别设有型材进口和型材出口,在箱体内设有水箱板,水箱板由型材进口至型材出口前密后疏将箱体隔成若干个冷却室,在箱体的后部设有抽水嘴和抽气嘴,其特征在于:在箱体的底板上通过加长螺栓固连有喷水管和进水块,喷水管设在底板上方箱体内部的冷却室下方,进水块设在底板下方箱体外部靠近型材进口的箱体前端,喷水管一端底部与进水块内的水道相连通,在进水块的一侧设有进水嘴,在喷水管上表面设有若干个喷水孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种型材挤出用冷却定型水箱,其特征在于:在进水嘴上还设有水压表。
