背景技术 众所周知，菜刀是在烹饪过程中重要的切割用具，现有的菜刀的切菜过程中经常会沾上菜末或是肉末，尤其是切葱、姜等蔬菜时，沾在菜刀上的菜末很难清理，这就给烹饪带来了不便。
发明内容 本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构新颖、方便实用、操作简便、造价低廉、易于推广的菜刀。
本实用新型包括刀体以及刀柄，所述刀体和刀柄基本与现有技术相同，即在刀体的一端顶边连接刀柄，在刀体两侧面由上至下开设滑道，清洁架通过滑道与刀体连接，所述清洁架为长方形框架，在其两侧的边框内侧设有对称凸块，凸块可与上述滑道连接，清洁架的另外两个边框分别位于刀体正面和背面，并在两边框的内侧设有刷毛。
本实用新型在使用时，刀体上沾有菜末或是肉末时，使用者滑动清洁架，清洁架内侧的刷毛可清理掉沾在刀体上菜末或是肉末。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点：结构新颖、方便实用、操作简便、造价低廉、易于推广。
