本实用新型涉及模具预处理，尤其涉及模具用脱模剂的涂刷装置。
背景技术
试件模具在使用过程中为了方便制品脱模，一般采用毛刷涂抹来刷脱模剂。这种毛刷常常被用于油漆涂抹，采用毛刷涂抹均匀性差，而油漆涂抹本身就要求刷涂2-3道，甚至更多道，均匀性问题自然被克服，但是，作为脱模剂来说，刷涂多道耗费大量工作时间，同时增加脱模剂使用量，自然就导致成本居高不下，而且，各种脱模剂都是有机化学制品，大量使用不环保。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在解决上述缺陷，提供一种模具用脱模剂涂刷器。本实用新型只需涂刷一遍即可均匀涂抹脱模剂，不仅节省时间，而且降低成本。
本实用新型是这样实现的：
一种模具用脱模剂涂刷器，它包括，一个表面包覆有海绵的油箱和一个端部带有螺纹的长杆，该油箱内填充有脱模剂，表面设有小孔，表面还包括一个兼作脱模剂注入孔的螺纹孔以连接所述长杆。
本实用新型采用不锈钢板或塑料制做，全长170毫米，其中正方体小油箱60×60×60毫米，通过注油孔向小油箱内注入脱模剂，脱模剂通过渗透小孔被海绵体吸收。只要涂刷一遍即可均匀涂抹脱模剂，保证了工作质量；不仅节省时间，而且节约脱模剂，降低成本。
