背景技术
目前的铅酸蓄电池用接线端子一般为设在铅酸蓄电池本体的两个输出极柱,每个输出极柱的上端设有连接负载接线的通孔,下端直接安装在铅酸蓄电池本体内。以上现有技术的铅酸蓄电池用接线端子存在以下缺点:由于该输出极柱只能供条状的负载接线穿过,再折弯缠绕固定,这种连接结构可靠性较差,容易松动。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是,提供一种与负载接线连接可靠性较好,不易松动的铅酸蓄电池的接线端子。
本实用新型的技术方案是,提供一种具有以下结构的铅酸蓄电池的接线端子,包括固定在铅酸蓄电池本体上的两个输出极柱,所述每个输出极柱上固定有连接负载接线的连接杆,所述连接杆伸出输出极柱的部分设有外螺纹。
本实用新型与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:由于所述每个输出极柱上固定有连接负载接线的连接杆,所述连接杆伸出输出极柱的部分设有外螺纹,使用时,负载接线螺母可以旋入到连接杆的外螺纹上,这样负载接线就被压紧在螺母与连接杆之间,连接时,如果负载接线是条状接线,则直接缠绕在连接杆后再拧紧螺母;如果负载接线是接线片,则插入连接杆后再拧紧,以上两者连接方式与负载接线连接可靠性较好,不易松动。
作为改进,所述连接杆为由铜或铝材料制成的本体,电阻率低、机械强度高。

如图1、图2所示,本实用新型的铅酸蓄电池的接线端子,包括固定在铅酸蓄电池本体上的两个输出极柱1,所述每个输出极柱1上固定有连接负载接线的连接杆2,即输出极柱1通过铅堆焊被熔融,从而表面被固定在铅酸蓄电池本体上。所述连接杆2伸出输出极柱1的部分设有外螺纹。
所述连接杆2为一螺栓,该螺栓的头部嵌合在输出极柱1内,该螺栓的螺杆一部分伸出在输出极柱1外。
所述连接杆2为由铜或铝材料制成的本体,这样电阻率低、机械强度高。

1.一种铅酸蓄电池的接线端子,包括固定在铅酸蓄电池本体上的两个输出极柱(1),其特征在于:所述每个输出极柱(1)上固定有连接负载接线的连接杆(2),所述连接杆(2)伸出输出极柱(1)的部分设有外螺纹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池的接线端子,其特征在于:所述连接杆(2)为一螺栓,该螺栓的头部嵌合在输出极柱(1)内,该螺栓的螺杆一部分伸出在输出极柱(1)外。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池的接线端子,其特征在于:所述连接杆(2)为由铜或铝材料制成的本体。
