Abstract
一种可防止漏油的轴承室，它由压盖、橡胶油封、轴承和传动轴组成，增设挡油环，并固定在压盖与轴承之间的传动轴上，挡油环的外壁上设有与传动轴旋转方向相反的螺纹。本实用新型在工作过程中，因挡油环外壁上有向内旋向的螺纹，内腔流出的油在离心力的作用下飞溅到挡油环外壁上，进而沿螺纹流回内腔，不会溢漏到挡油环之外。本实用新型既能够解决轴类零件漏油造成的污染和浪费问题，又避免了橡胶油封容易磨损漏油的弊病。

本实用新型涉及一种可防止漏油的轴承室，属机械密封技术领域。
背景技术
目前，机械传动装置上的轴类零件存在着不同程度的漏油现象，容易造成造成环境污染、资源浪费。
为解决这个问题，通常的做法是采用橡胶油封，但由于受轴间蹿动、跳动和轴的粗糙度的影响，很容易磨损漏油，高速高温的作用还容易使油封焦化损坏。另外，也有轴类采用机械密封方式，但安装的技术条件要求很高，不同轴度、垂直度、变形等条件要求严格，不同设备无法混用，而且在使用过程中必须保证冷却，一旦不当则起不到防漏效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服上述已有技术之缺陷、提供一种可防止漏油的轴承室。
本实用新型所述问题是这样解决的：
一种可防止漏油的轴承室，它由压盖、橡胶油封、轴承和传动轴组成，增设挡油环，并固定在压盖与轴承之间的传动轴上，挡油环的外壁上设有与传动轴旋转方向相反的螺纹。
上述挡油环上的螺纹头数为1～5头。
上述橡胶油封为V型密封圈。
本实用新型，因在增设的挡油环外壁上有向内旋向的螺纹，内腔流出的油在离心力的作用下飞溅到挡油环外壁上，进而沿螺纹流回内腔，不会溢漏到挡油环之外。本实用新型既能够解决轴类零件漏油造成的污染和浪费问题，又避免了橡胶油封容易磨损漏油的弊病。

具体实施方式
本实用新型是可防止漏油的轴承室。
参看附图1所示，本实用新型是在压盖与轴承之间的传动轴上增设一个挡油环，其外壁设有与传动轴旋转方向相反的螺纹。挡油环与传动轴一同旋转。传动装置在工作过程中，因挡油环外壁上有向内旋向的螺纹，内腔流出的油在离心力的作用下飞溅到挡油环外壁上，进而沿螺纹流回内腔，不会溢漏到挡油环之外。
挡油环在高温、高速条件下选用铁钢铝等金属材料；转速温度较低时，可选用尼龙、塑料等非金属材料制作；内腔油压力大时，可增加挡油环的厚度和增大螺纹螺旋角，反时减小；转速高时挡油环减薄、螺纹螺旋角减小；油温较高时，挡油环增厚，螺纹螺旋角增大。

1.一种可防止漏油的轴承室，它由压盖(3)、橡胶油封(4)、轴承(5)和传动轴(2)组成，其特征在于：增设挡油环(6)，所述挡油环固定在压盖(3)与轴承(5)之间的传动轴(2)上；所述挡油环的外壁上设有与传动轴旋转方向相反的螺纹。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可防止漏油的轴承室，其特征在于：所述挡油环上的螺纹头数为1～5头。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可防止漏油的轴承室，其特征在于：所述橡胶油封(4)为V型密封圈。
