本实用新型公开了一种不锈钢弥勒板，其包括一不锈钢板，在不锈钢板上均布有内凹的球面，在上述球面的顶端开有小孔。本实用新型在使用时，可适应罐体的形状敷设在罐体的外壁上，并在球面顶端的小孔处与罐体外壁进行密封焊接，同时不锈钢板的四边内折。这样，在罐体外壁与不锈钢板之间便形成了一个密封的腔体，然后在弥勒板上根据需要开设换热介质的入口和出口，换热介质可在外壁与不锈钢板之间的空腔中流动，与罐体内的物料换热。由以上可以看出，本实用新型较以往的罐体换热方式结构更加简单，且有较大的换热面积，具有换热效果好、成本低廉制作方便的特点。

本实用新型是一种敷设在罐体外侧的空腔部件，空腔内通入冷媒或热媒用于对罐体内储存的介质进行加热和冷却。
背景技术
目前对于罐体中物料的加热或冷却换热主要有两种方式：一种是在罐体内或罐壁上设置换热盘管，另一种是在罐壁上设置换热夹套。上述换热方式存在以下几个缺点：1、由于厚度比较厚，换热效果一般，2、成本高；3、成型困难，伴管需要在施工现场制作且小直径的罐体难以成型。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就在于提供一种换热效果好、成本低、制作方便、外观美观的不锈钢弥勒板。
其技术解决方案如下：
不锈钢弥勒板，其包括一不锈钢板，在不锈钢板上均布有内凹的球面，在上述球面的顶端开有小孔。
本实用新型在使用时，可适应罐体的形状敷设在罐体的外壁上，并在球面顶端的小孔处与罐体外壁进行密封焊接，同时不锈钢板的四边内折。这样，在罐体外壁与不锈钢板之间便形成了一个密封的腔体，然后在弥勒板上根据需要开设换热介质的入口和出口，换热介质可在外壁与不锈钢板之间的空腔中流动，与罐体内的物料换热。
由以上可以看出，本实用新型较以往的罐体换热方式结构更加简单，且有较大的换热面积，具有换热效果好、成本低廉制作方便的特点。

具体实施方式
本实用新型包括不锈钢板1，在不锈钢板1上通过专用压制磨具，将不锈钢平板利用磨具压出内凹的球面2，并在球面2的顶端冲出圆孔3，利用折边机和专用卷板机将冲压好的不锈钢板四边折边，将其敷在需要的罐体外壁上，用氩弧焊接在冲出的孔处与罐体进行焊接，并根据需要开设进冷热媒管和出冷媒管。
本实用新型可有如下工作过程：
在使用前，先进行管道连接，若对罐体内介质进行冷却，下部接管为进口，上部接管为出口；若对罐体内介质进行加热，上部接管为进口，下部接管为出口。在进口总管上设置手动或电动阀门对流量进行控制，以达到对罐体内介质的温控。
