本实用新型涉及一种瓷套，尤其涉及绣花机过线装置用瓷套。
背景技术
绣花机上的棉线过线装置主要作用为对棉线导向、分离作用，防止产生绕线、并线和缠线问题，该功能主要由过线孔、瓷套来实现。现有的瓷套主要嵌入过线装置的过线限位板，过线限位板包括两侧设有折边的过线限位板本体，折边上设有若干过线孔，所述的过线孔内嵌套有瓷套，瓷套两端设有扣合折边的翻边。瓷套内嵌于过线孔与棉线接触，由于瓷套具有较低的摩擦系数，减少其对棉线的摩擦损伤避免棉线断线。但现有的瓷套结构为管状，内壁为直线型，棉线与瓷套接触为硬接触长时间使用还是容易刮伤棉线造成断线。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、避免刮伤断线的绣花机过线装置用瓷套。
一种绣花机过线装置用瓷套，包括管状瓷套本体，所述的瓷套本体内壁沿轴线截面为圆弧形。绣花机棉线沿着瓷套圆弧经过瓷套内壁为柔性接触尽可能的避免刮伤棉线造成断线。
所述的瓷套本体内壁的圆弧为180°，该种大圆弧设计恰当的使棉线以最自然的状态经过瓷套避免刮伤。
本实用新型通过在瓷套本体内壁设计圆弧形截面使棉线自然经过瓷套内壁避免刮伤，防止断线。

如图1所示一种绣花机过线装置用瓷套，包括管状瓷套本体1，所述的瓷套本体1内壁沿轴线截面为圆弧形。作为优选瓷套本体1内壁的圆弧为180°。当然圆弧的弧度可以根据实际需要设计，以大圆弧为设计准则。
