背景技术：
汽车内饰的注塑产品在吸附工艺中有一道包边工艺，内饰包边工艺是一道精致讲究的工艺，既要求美观大方，有要求节省材料。由于汽车内部部件多数为异形件，在圆弧及转折边缘的包边就会使得产品表面产生皱褶影响美观。通常为革料和布料，这些内饰面料比较昂贵，为此曾想减小吸附面料的厚度使褶皱不明显，但又会影响手感。例如，门扶手。为此，我们在包边工艺上进行了改进，就是将在包边容易引起表面皱褶的包边面料剪成“V”字缺口和缝，一方面再包边厚表面皱褶就没有了，使得汽车内饰美观大方；另一方面可以根据不同的产品批量剪下同样大小的包边面料，提高了工作效率，同时回收剪下的面料，节约了成本。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种汽车内饰包边面料，解决了传统汽车内饰包边容易产生褶皱的缺陷。
