背景技术
随着电力工业、数据通信业、城市轨道交通业等的快速发展,各行各业对电缆的要求越来越高,在使用中,不仅要避免电缆受机械损伤、绝缘损伤、绝缘老化变质等,还要避免绝缘受潮,即防水。
在通常情况下,电缆常敷设在地面或有水的地方,由于电缆护套材料的渗透性,或者电缆护套被机械损伤,水进入了电缆内部,导致绝缘内形成水树枝,水树枝不断氧化,造成对绝缘的破坏,这样大大缩短了电缆的寿命。
实用新型的内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供了一种结构简单的防水电缆,由于电缆结构中设有护套阻水带,当水进入外护套后,阻水带里的材料遇水就膨胀,阻止水分沿电缆进一步扩散,因此具有良好的防水作用。
本实用新型的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种防水电缆,它包括导体,绝缘层,填充层,内护套,护套阻水带和外护套,导体外侧设有绝缘层,绝缘层之间以及绝缘层与内护套之间是填充层,填充层外侧由内到外依次包覆有内护套、护套阻水带和外护套。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的技术方案做进一步的描述:如图1,一种防水电缆,它包括导体1,绝缘层2,填充层3,内护套4,护套阻水带5和外护套6,导体1外侧设有绝缘层2,绝缘层2之间以及绝缘层2与内护套4之间是填充层3,填充层3外侧由内到外依次包覆有内护套4、护套阻水带5和外护套6。
在使用过程中,防水电缆的阻水带起关键作用。当电缆敷设在潮湿环境中,由于种种原因水透过外护套进入电缆,阻水带中所含的高吸水粉末,能利用其巨大的吸水性能将水吸收,粉末迅速膨胀至其本身体积的几百倍,变成凝胶体,阻止水的流动,起到保护电缆的作用。
