Abstract

本实用新型提供的外壳一次成型的排风机，包括外壳、以及通过固定螺丝固定在外壳出风口上的防护罩、设置在外壳入风口处的百叶，外壳内设置电机支架，电机固定在电机支架上，扇叶直接与电机转轴连接；电机的电源线与外壳上的电源接口连接。所述外壳为采用PE材料滚塑一次性成型。作为进一步改进所述外壳出风口为锥形外框且端部设有外延的拢风筒。外壳采用滚塑技术，PE材料一次成型，具有无接缝，韧性好，强度高，防腐蚀，抗老化等优点，克服了原有产品外壳的易碎，易腐蚀使用寿命短等缺点。电机与风叶采用直接连接，不通过皮带，这样避免更换高消耗的皮带，节省经济费用，进而降低生产成本。锥形外框和加长的拢风筒的使用提高了排风效率。

背景技术
传统排风机采用方形外壳，普通镀锌板外框，在产品的使用灵活性、防渗漏、抗冲击、抗老化和防腐方面均表现出不足和固有的缺点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种外壳一次成型的排风机，用以改进现有的排风机构造上的缺点，完全解决了腐蚀和老化的问题，且很大程度上提高了排风效率。
为解决上述问题采用的技术方案是：提供的外壳一次成型的排风机，包括外壳、以及通过固定螺丝固定在外壳出风口上的防护罩、设置在外壳入风口处的百叶，外壳内设置电机支架，电机固定在电机支架上，扇叶直接与电机转轴连接；电机的电源线与外壳上的电源接口连接。
所述外壳为采用PE材料滚塑一次性成型。
作为进一步改进所述外壳出风口为锥形外框且端部设有外延的拢风筒。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：外壳采用滚塑技术，PE材料一次成型，具有无接缝，韧性好，强度高，防腐蚀，抗老化等优点，克服了原有产品外壳的易碎，易腐蚀使用寿命短等缺点。电机与风叶采用直接连接，不通过皮带，这样避免更换高使消耗的皮带，节省经济费用，进而降低生产成本。锥形外框和加长的拢风筒的使用提高了排风效率。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的外壳一次成型的排风机，包括外壳1、以及通过固定螺丝3固定在外壳1出风口10上的防护罩4、设置在外壳1入风口处的百叶6，外壳1内设置电机支架7，电机9固定在电机支架7上，扇叶5直接与电机转轴8连接；电机9的电源线与外壳1上的电源接口2连接。
所述外壳1为采用PE材料滚塑一次性成型。
所述外壳1出风口10为锥形外框且端部设有外延的拢风筒。

1.外壳一次成型的排风机，包括外壳(1)、以及通过固定螺丝(3)固定在外壳(1)出风口(10)上的防护罩(4)、设置在外壳(1)入风口处的百叶(6)，其特征在于：外壳(1)内设置电机支架(7)，电机(9)固定在电机支架(7)上，扇叶(5)直接与电机转轴(8)连接；电机(9)的电源线与外壳(1)上的电源接口(2)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外壳一次成型的排风机，其特征在于：所述外壳(1)为采用PE材料滚塑一次性成型。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的外壳一次成型的排风机，其特征在于：所述外壳(1)出风口(10)为锥形外框且端部设有外延的拢风筒。
