目前采用板材的重量还有必要减轻,且隔音、隔热性能也有待改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种钛铝复合板,该板中间层有多孔对隔音、隔热有良好效果。
本实用新型的技术方案为:一种钛铝复合板,该钛铝复合板材包括钛金属薄板面层、粘结层、基层;面层通过粘结层连接基层。面层与基层之间设有孔网结构的中间层,中间层的孔隙率20%-60%,中间层通过粘结层连接面层、基层。粘结层采用起断桥隔热和粘结双重功能的膜片状高分子材料,基层采用高强度合金薄铝卷板。中间层采用孔状厚铝卷板。

具体实施方式
实例1:
一种钛铝复合板,中间层3通过两侧的粘结层2连接面层1和基层4,中间层3采用孔网结构。面层1采用钛金属薄板厚度0.1mm-0.5mm;粘结层2采用起断桥隔热和粘结双重功能的膜(片)状高分子材料;中间层3采用孔状厚铝卷板厚度0.6mm-1.2mm、孔隙率20%-60%,孔网结构主要起:减轻重量、节约材料,增加板面平整度和重量刚性比,高温状态下的复合加上适当的负压使中空部位形成真空,提高了隔热、隔音的效果。基层4采用高强度合金薄铝卷板厚度0.5mm-1.0mm,起到板材弹性加强作用,大大提高了高层建筑幕墙的抗风压强度和板面平整度的持久性。
实例2:
一种钛铝复合板,通过粘结层2连接面层1和基层4,面层1采用钛金属薄板厚度0.1mm-0.5mm,基层4采用高强度合金薄铝卷板厚度0.6mm-2.0mm,其它与实例1相同。

1.一种钛铝复合板,其特征在于:该钛铝复合板材包括钛金属薄板面层、粘结层、基层;面层通过粘结层连接基层。
2.根据权利要求1所述钛铝复合板材,其特征在于:面层与基层之间设有孔网结构的中间层,中间层的孔隙率20%-60%,中间层通过粘结层连接面层、基层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述钛铝复合板材,其特征在于:粘结层采用起断桥隔热和粘结双重功能的膜片状高分子材料,基层采用高强度合金薄铝卷板。
4.根据权利要求2所述钛铝复合板材,其特征在于:中间层采用孔状厚铝卷板。
