技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种带式给料机闸板的手动装置。
背景技术
目前，煤矿生产所使用的带式给料机手动闸板的进出，都是有钢丝绳牵引的。由于使用环境条件的恶劣，钢丝绳的锈蚀现象不可避免的会发生，锈蚀的钢丝绳失去了它的柔韧性，影响了人们的手工操作，甚至还会出现钢丝绳的锈断现象，使生产成本增加。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是：提供一种无须使用钢丝绳牵引，操作方便，降低生产成本的带式给料机闸板的手动装置。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型在闸板的一侧设有销齿，并与齿轮配合，齿轮可转动地设置在给料机上，手轮与齿轮固定。
采用本实用新型可以降低工人的劳动强度，操作方便，提高工作效率，降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
由附图可知：本实用新型在闸板4的一侧设有销齿1，并与齿轮2配合，齿轮2可转动地设置在给料机上，手轮3与齿轮2固定。
使用本实用新型，参照附图，把手轮3逆时针旋转，闸板4在销齿1和齿轮2的作用下向左移动，闸板4所控制的煤碳就会顺着导料槽5进入运行着的皮带6，从而实现对带式给料机闸板4的手动操作。

1.一种带式给料机闸板的手动装置，其特征在于：在闸板(4)的一侧设有销齿(1)，并与齿轮(2)配合，齿轮(2)可转动地设置在给料机上，手轮(3)与齿轮(2)固定。
