背景技术
现有的陶瓷窑炉燃烧器主要由引射器、燃烧器，燃烧器都是向外喷射火焰，其燃烧不充分，热效率低，CO和NO化合物排放含量高，污染环境。
发明内容
本实用新型旨在提供一种燃烧效果好，热效率高的陶瓷窑炉燃烧器，如附图所示，本实用新型包括一个环形外壳，其特征在于环形外壳5向上依次设置有环形分气环4、拢火环2和锥形耐火片1，分气环上部有若干个燃气通道3。燃气通道可以与分气环的径向构成锐角，混合好的燃气和空气由燃烧器外壳底部进入燃烧器，由燃气通道中喷出，在锥形耐火片的斜面上形成涡流旋转，火焰向燃烧器中部旋转集中，再由中部向外扩散，热损失小，同时耐火片上产生红外线，使火焰温度可达到1200℃，提高了燃烧器的热效率。

具体实施方式
环形外壳、分火环和拢火环为铸铁。分气环与拢火环用螺丝固定在一起，拢火环外缘落在环形外壳上边的圆台上。环形外壳外径190毫米，高65毫米。分气环外径155毫米，内径140毫米，高35毫米，其上斜向开有40个槽作为燃气通道，通道与径向成12°角。拢火环外径180毫米。锥形耐火片直径136毫米，锥高22毫米。

1.陶瓷窑炉燃烧器，包括一个环形外壳，其特征在于环形外壳向上依次设置有环形分气环、拢火环和锥形耐火片，分气环上部有若干个燃气通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的陶瓷窑炉燃烧器，其特征在于燃气通道与分气环的径向构成锐角。
