背景技术
蓄电池在生产过程中需要放置于电池化成槽中进行化学处理,在化学处理结束后还需要用水流进行冲洗。传统的电池化成槽需要工作人员手工拿出化学处理后的蓄电池,如果蓄电池未清洗干净,工作人员就会接触到化学药剂,对工作人员的身体健康造成损害。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种蓄电池化成槽,以解决传统的手工作业会对工作人员的身体健康造成损害的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型所采用的技术方案为:
一种蓄电池化成槽,包括有槽体,槽体侧壁安装有多个水管,槽体顶部有槽盖,所述槽盖上开有窗口,其特征在于:与所述安装水管的槽体侧壁相对的槽体另一侧壁上开有多个与水管位置一一对应的出口,所述槽体底部设置有多道凸起的定位杠,所述定位杠相互平行且两两配合,两两配合的定位杠之间间隔一定空隙,所述空隙的两端分别对准一个水管和与所述水管对应的出口。
本实用新型结构简单,易于安装和维护,水管、两两配合的定位杠之间的空隙、出口一一对应配合,蓄电池架在两两配合的定位杠上,水管在通水后,从定位杠之间的空隙流动,在清洗完蓄电池之后,加大水的流速,则蓄电池会随着水流一起从出口流出槽体。这样避免了工作人员直接用手取出蓄电池,也避免了化学药剂对工作人员造成的人身伤害。

如图1所示。一种蓄电池化成槽,包括有槽体1,槽体1侧壁安装有多个水管2,槽体1顶部有槽盖3,槽盖3上开有窗口4,与安装水管2的槽体1侧壁相对的槽体1另一侧壁上开有多个与水管2位置一一对应的出口5,槽体1底部设置有多道凸起的定位杠6,定位杠6相互平行且两两配合,蓄电池8架在两两配合的定位杠上,两两配合的定位杠6之间间隔一定空隙7,空隙7的两端分别对准一个水管和与水管对应的出口。
