本实用新型涉及一种建筑用非晶硅薄膜太阳电池墙砖,由非晶硅薄膜太阳电池组件芯板和建筑墙壁瓷砖,经热熔固化胶(EVA)或专用硅胶层压固化后,接上电极引线插头,和金属固定角组成。该太阳电池墙砖既可以作为建筑物的外墙装饰墙,可以很简单的用水泥按照贴墙砖的方法,即可完成安装,然后,通过每个太阳电池墙砖的引线插头的互相串、并连接,实现建筑物墙体太阳电池墙砖的发电功能。本实用新型具有制造简单、安装方便、造价低廉、可与建筑物外墙完美结合和安装的特点,是一种非常理想的建筑用太阳电池,进而可以作为建筑材料的标准件进入建筑市场。

背景技术:
现有的建筑用或幕墙用的晶体硅太阳电池组件和非晶硅薄膜太阳电池组件,一般多为组件尺寸固定,及采用铝边框固定电池板,建筑物上安装亦通过铝边框固定得以实现,因此,使得在建筑物上的安装难度较大,组件尺寸不灵活,操作难度较大,铝边框的耐自然环境性能差,承重有限,与建筑物的本体结合性较差。

本实用新型的目的是设计一种建筑用非晶硅薄膜太阳电池墙砖。
本实用新型技术方案是这样实现的:一种建筑用非晶硅薄膜太阳电池墙砖,由非晶硅薄膜太阳电池组件芯板和建筑墙壁瓷砖,及热熔固化胶(EVA)或专用硅胶,及电极引线插头,和金属固定角组成,其中,非晶硅薄膜太阳电池组件芯板由非晶硅薄膜太阳电池芯板与背板玻璃通过EVA层压固化并安装好专用接线盒后制得,组件芯板再与特制专用的建筑瓷砖通过EVA或专用硅胶进行层压固化组合,然后,连接引线插头及固定角,即组成建筑用非晶硅薄膜太阳电池墙砖。在将建筑用非晶硅薄膜太阳电池墙砖安装于建筑物墙体时,该太阳电池墙砖既可以作为建筑物的外墙装饰墙,可以很简单的用水泥按照贴墙砖的方法,即可完成安装,然后,可以按照建筑物的设计要求设计不同尺寸的非晶硅薄膜太阳电池墙砖,通过每个太阳电池墙砖的引线插头的互相串、并连接,实现建筑物墙体太阳电池墙砖电源的引出与使用,从而实现建筑用非晶硅薄膜太阳电池墙砖在有阳光的环境下的发电功能。通过本产品的实施,可以将本发明的一种建筑用非晶硅薄膜太阳电池墙砖作为建筑物墙体外墙的标准组件,可以作为建筑材料的标准件使用,和进入建筑市场流通,实现真正的建筑用太阳电池元件。
本实用新型具有构思新颖、设计独特、结构合理、制造简单、安装方便、牢固耐用、造价低廉、发电效果理想、节能环保、与建筑物外墙通过建筑最常用的水泥与建筑物本体可以完美的结合和安装的特点,是一种非常理想的建筑用太阳电池。

参照图1、图2和图3,一种建筑用非晶硅薄膜太阳电池墙砖,由非晶硅薄膜太阳电池组件芯板和建筑墙壁瓷砖,及热熔固化胶(EVA)或专用硅胶,及电极引线插头,和金属固定角组成。其中,非晶硅薄膜太阳电池组件芯板由非晶硅薄膜太阳电池芯板1与背板玻璃3通过EVA胶膜2层压固化并安装好专用接线盒6后制得,组件芯板再与特制专用的建筑瓷砖7通过EVA胶膜4或专用硅胶4进行层压固化组合,然后,连接引线插头5及固定角8,即组成建筑用非晶硅薄膜太阳电池墙砖。

Claims (3)

1.一种建筑用非晶硅薄膜太阳电池墙砖,由非晶硅薄膜太阳电池组件芯板和建筑墙壁瓷砖,及热熔同化胶(EVA)或一种硅胶,及电极引线插头,和金属固定角组成,其特征是非晶硅薄膜太阳电池组件芯板由非晶硅薄膜太阳电池芯板与背板玻璃通过EVA层压固化并安装好接线盒后制得,组件芯板再与一种建筑瓷砖通过EVA或一种硅胶进行层压固化组合,然后,安装固定角及连接引线插头实现电源输出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑墙砖型非晶硅薄膜太阳电池墙砖,其特征是太阳电池墙砖的固定角安装于太阳电池墙砖的四角。
3.根据权利要求1所述的建筑墙砖型非晶硅薄膜太阳电池墙砖,其特征是太阳电池墙砖的引线插头与非晶硅薄膜太阳电池组件芯板的接线盒承电连接。
