本实用新型公开了一种超小型电子元件用引线,包括钢线,在钢线外纵向包覆有铜带,铜带纵向缝采用氩弧缝焊焊接,铜带外设有镀锡层。本实用新型工艺合理,对铜包钢线的包覆技术采用冷轧氩弧缝焊接,使铜带紧紧地包在钢线上,使铜分子接触混合,以高线速度低减径率拉拔至0.01mm以下的细铜包钢线,再用电镀法将锡均匀镀到铜包钢线外,因此引线的具有高强度、低电阻和高抗腐蚀性。

随着信息产业的飞速发展,为了满足电子整机的小型化、轻量化的要求,对小型电子元件使用的超细引线用量逐步加大,目前这些引线普遍使用价格较高的纯铜线制造,而国内铜材紧俏大量进口,市场上需要一种能代替纯铜引线的节能型产品。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种工艺合理、环保节能、价格适中的超小型电子元件用引线。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:
一种超小型电子元件用引线,其特征是:包括钢线,在钢线外纵向包覆有铜带,铜带纵向缝采用氩弧缝焊焊接,铜带外设有镀锡层。
本实用新型工艺合理,对铜包钢线的包覆技术采用冷轧氩弧缝焊接,使铜带紧紧地包在钢线上,使铜分子接触混合,以高线速度低减径率拉拔至0.01mm以下的细铜包钢线,再用电镀法将锡均匀镀到铜包钢线外,,因此引线的具有高强度、低电阻和高抗腐蚀性。
