本实用新型公开了一种超小型电子元件用引线，包括钢线，在钢线外纵向包覆有铜带，铜带纵向缝采用氩弧缝焊焊接，铜带外设有镀锡层。本实用新型工艺合理，对铜包钢线的包覆技术采用冷轧氩弧缝焊接，使铜带紧紧地包在钢线上，使铜分子接触混合，以高线速度低减径率拉拔至0.01mm以下的细铜包钢线，再用电镀法将锡均匀镀到铜包钢线外，因此引线的具有高强度、低电阻和高抗腐蚀性。

背景技术：
随着信息产业的飞速发展，为了满足电子整机的小型化、轻量化的要求，对小型电子元件使用的超细引线用量逐步加大，目前这些引线普遍使用价格较高的纯铜线制造，而国内铜材紧俏大量进口，市场上需要一种能代替纯铜引线的节能型产品。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种工艺合理、环保节能、价格适中的超小型电子元件用引线。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：
一种超小型电子元件用引线，其特征是：包括钢线，在钢线外纵向包覆有铜带，铜带纵向缝采用氩弧缝焊焊接，铜带外设有镀锡层。
本实用新型工艺合理，对铜包钢线的包覆技术采用冷轧氩弧缝焊接，使铜带紧紧地包在钢线上，使铜分子接触混合，以高线速度低减径率拉拔至0.01mm以下的细铜包钢线，再用电镀法将锡均匀镀到铜包钢线外，，因此引线的具有高强度、低电阻和高抗腐蚀性。
