本实用新型涉及一种阀门结构，尤其涉及到一种轨道球阀。
背景技术
目前，所使用的轨道球阀主要是由外国引进或合资公司生产的，这些阀门具有较小的开关力矩，同时其密封性能也较好，但是球阀的密封通过金属密封来实现，影响了密封的效果。球阀处没有设衬套，底套内会沉积灰尘，灰尘多了就会影响球阀的开关灵活性。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种结构简单、操作方便、密封性能好、具有可防止灰尘的新型的轨道球阀。
本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的：
一种轨道球阀，主要包括有阀体1、阀盖2、球形阀芯3、阀杆4，阀盖2设于阀体1之上，球形阀芯3设于阀体1内，阀杆4与球形阀芯3连接，贯通于阀盖2；其特征在于：所述的阀体1与底套5设有衬套6，所述的球形阀芯3与阀体1间设有双密封圈，所述的阀体1与阀杆3之间设有固定装置9。
所述的双密封圈为软密封圈7和硬密封圈8组成。
所述的固定装置9为导销固定。
本实用新型的优点在于：采用双重密封圈，由于是软硬双重密封，可起到密封互补的作用，下部的衬套，可有效地防止微粒进入底套，采用导销固定可防止外界不良因素的产生。
综上所述，本实用新型是一种结构简单、操作方便、密封性能好的新型的轨道球阀。

如图1所示，一种轨道球阀，主要包括有阀体1、阀盖2、球形阀芯3、阀杆4，阀盖2设于阀体1之上，球形阀芯3设于阀体1内，阀杆4与球形阀芯3连接，贯通于阀盖2；其特征在于：所述的阀体1与底套5设有衬套6，所述的球形阀芯3与阀体1间设有双密封圈，所述的阀体1与阀杆3之间设有固定装置9。
所述的双密封圈为软密封圈7和硬密封圈8组成。
所述的固定装置9为导销固定。
松开固定装置，外力使阀杆相对阀体上升，阀杆边上升边旋转，球形阀芯也随之旋转，直到开启位置，球形阀芯的中空部分与阀体的料孔相通，则可实现流体流通。

1.一种轨道球阀，主要包括有阀体(1)、阀盖(2)、球形阀芯(3)、阀杆(4)，阀盖(2)设于阀体(1)之上，球形阀芯(3)设于阀体(1)内，阀杆(4)与球形阀芯(3)连接，贯通于阀盖(2)；其特征在于：所述的阀体(1)与底套(5)设有衬套(6)，所述的球形阀芯(3)与阀体(1)间设有双密封圈，所述的阀体(1)与阀杆(3)之间设有固定装置(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轨道球阀，其特征在于：所述的双密封圈为软密封圈(7)和硬密封圈(8)组成。
