Abstract

一种防变形的屏蔽板,目的就是消除溶液对屏蔽板的冲击,杜绝因变形、开裂问题导致设备受损及产品报废的现象发生。本实用新型的技术方案是在屏蔽板固定面下方设有垫板,屏蔽板通过螺杆在阳极上固定,在阳极与屏蔽板间形成溢流孔隙。由于将原屏蔽板固定面抬高,产生一定的空隙,使电镀槽缝隙中上冲的溶液从空隙中穿流,从而杜绝了屏蔽板变形碰触电镀辊的事故,减少屏蔽板因变形而更换的数量和时间,提高了生产的作业率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及电镀工艺的屏蔽装置,尤其适用铜箔的生产工艺。 
背景技术
因屏蔽装置是电解铜箔行业中用于调整铜箔轮廓度的一个必不可少的装置,此屏蔽装置的好坏会直接影响铜箔的质量和合格率。原来的屏蔽板因为电镀溶液溢出的冲击,经常使屏蔽板的折弯处断裂及屏蔽面的变形,导致电镀辊损伤和产品的大量报废。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是消除溶液对屏蔽板的冲击,杜绝因变形、开裂问题导致设备受损及产品报废的现象发生。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:在屏蔽板固定面下方设有垫板,屏蔽板通过螺杆在阳极上固定,在阳极与屏蔽板间形成溢流孔隙。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:由于将原屏蔽板固定面抬高,产生一定的空隙,使电镀槽缝隙中上冲的溶液从空隙中穿流,从而杜绝了屏蔽板变形碰触电镀辊的事故,减少屏蔽板因变形而更换的数量和时间,提高了生产的作业率。

具体实施方式
一种防变形的屏蔽板是在屏蔽板固定面1下方焊5块长40mm宽20mm厚5mm同材料的垫板2,通过螺杆3固定在阳极4上,从而形成5个空隙5,这样冲击屏蔽板的溶液从空隙5中泄流,杜绝了屏蔽板屏蔽面6受溶液冲击的变形,避免了屏蔽面6碰触电镀辊7。
