背景技术
目前定量给料机自身所带的感受件是弹簧，正常下料时弹簧弯曲呈“L”形，当断料时“L”形弹簧因弹性形变为“Z”形，发出振打指令，恢复下料，弹簧又恢复为“L”形。因为长期的“L”形变后，弹簧往往失去弹性无法形变为“Z”形，不能发出振打指令而失去作用，且由“L”形变为“Z”形是一个相对较缓慢的过程，在一定程度上影响连续下料，严重的影响了生产效率。
