本实用新型涉及一种坩埚保温器,其结构为:在外罩(1)的内部设有开口向下的盒体结构的内胆(2),在外罩(1)和内胆(2)之间设有保温层(3),在保温层(3)的下方设有密封板(4),密封板(4)同时与外罩(1)和内胆(2)连接。该保温器不仅结构简单,而且可以极大的节约制造玻璃纤维时由于坩埚电机加热产生的高温,产生的大量热量的无效损耗流失,从而节约电能的使用及损耗。

本实用新型涉及一种坩埚保温器,属于一种减少热量散失的保温装置,尤其用于陶土坩埚及仿金埚生产玻璃纤维时的坩埚保温装置。 
背景技术
目前,公知的保温装置是热水瓶保温,所使用的是真空水银玻璃密封保温,保温效果虽好,但其缺点是不能直接受热较高的温度。 
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种坩埚保温器,该保温器不仅结构简单,而且可以极大的节约制造玻璃纤维时由于坩埚电机加热产生的高温,产生的大量热量的无效损耗流失,从而节约电能的使用及损耗。
为解决以上问题,本实用新型的具体技术方案如下:一种坩埚保温器,其特征在于:在外罩的内部设有开口向下的盒体结构的内胆,在外罩和内胆之间设有保温层,在保温层的下方设有密封板,密封板同时与外罩和内胆连接。 
该坩埚保温器采用上述结构,不仅保证了其耐高温的特性,而且设置的保温层,将制造纤维玻璃所产生的热量不易挥发,减少热量损失,从而节约电能。

具体实施方式
如图1~3所示,一种坩埚保温器,在外罩1的内部设有开口向下的盒体结构的内胆2,在外罩1和内胆2之间设有保温层3,该保温层3可以为珍珠岩等耐高温保温材料,在保温层3的下方设有密封板4,密封板4同时与外罩1和内胆2连接,该密封板4将保温层3密封在外罩1和内胆2的空腔内,以保证保温层3不泄漏。

1.一种坩埚保温器,其特征在于:在外罩(1)的内部设有开口向下的盒体结构的内胆(2),在外罩(1)和内胆(2)之间设有保温层(3),在保温层(3)的下方设有密封板(4),密封板(4)同时与外罩(1)和内胆(2)连接。
