Abstract

本实用新型涉及电器产品技术领域,尤其是指嵌入式安装使用的电器产品的电源线固定结构。电源线从电器产品之壳体底部穿入壳体内,壳体底部开设有斜向通孔配合电源线穿入,并于斜向通孔内侧端上设有一固线器,固线器内部设有拱弧腔供电源线穿设引伸。本实用新型的电源线从壳体底部穿入后,即实现相应的弯曲变向,不需再硬性弯扭电源线,有效保护电源线;而固线器不仅对电源线的弯曲起到导引作用,还可实现定位和固定电源线,结构简单,安装方便,且电源线安装稳定,不易松动。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及电器产品技术领域,尤其是指嵌入式安装使用的电器产品的电源线固定结构。
背景技术:
目前,有的电器产品采用嵌入式安装使用,如电磁炉,其壳体下部份嵌入相应的平台内,从而获得美观大方的安装效果。因而,对于这类产品的电源线,通常是从壳体底部穿入设计,传统的嵌入式电磁炉,其电源线一般是从壳体底部垂直穿入,而壳体内的电源线又需要做较大的弯折,这种结构极易破坏电源线,且安装缺少足够的定位,易松动。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种结构简单,方便安装,且给予电源适合的定位及适当的弯折导引,电源线不易受到破坏,且安装稳定,不易松动的电器产品之电源线固定结构。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
电器产品之电源线固定结构,电源线从电器产品之壳体底部穿入壳体内,壳体底部开设有斜向通孔配合电源线穿入,并于斜向通孔内侧端上设有一固线器,固线器内部设有拱弧腔供电源线穿设引伸。
固线器为一拱形,其通过螺钉固定在壳体内底侧上,于固定器的底部设有一活动底盖,活动底盖设有斜孔衔接壳体底部的斜向通孔,达到拱弧腔与壳体底部的斜向通孔连通。
所述固线器是在90度内做弯拱设计。
采用上述结构,本实用新型的电源线从壳体底部穿入后,即实现相应的弯曲变向,不需再硬性弯扭电源线,有效保护电源线;而固线器不仅对电源线的弯曲起到导引作用,还可实现定位和固定电源线,结构简单,安装方便,且电源线安装稳定,不易松动。

以下结合附图对本实用新型做进一步说明:
参阅图1所示,本实用新型提供的电器产品之电源线固定结构,其电源线1从电器产品之壳体2底部穿入壳体内,壳体2底部开设有斜向通孔21配合电源线穿入,并于斜向通孔21内侧端上设有一固线器3,固线器3内部设有拱弧腔31供电源线1穿设引伸,拱弧腔31恰好朝向电源线1弯折方向。
固线器3为一拱形,其通过螺钉固定在壳体2内底侧上,于固定器3的底部设有一活动底盖32,活动底盖32设有斜孔321衔接壳体2底部的斜向通孔21,达到拱弧腔31与壳体底部的斜向通孔21连通;所述固线器3是在90度内做弯拱设计。电源线从壳体底部穿入时,依次为穿过壳体底部的斜向通孔21、活动底盖的斜孔321及拱弧腔31,再由拱弧腔31穿出,穿出时即实现相应的弯曲变向,不需再硬性弯扭电源线,有效保护电源线;而固线器3不仅对电源线的弯曲起到导引作用,还可实现定位和固定电源线,结构简单,安装方便,且电源线安装稳定,不易松动。
图2所示,本实用新型可适用于嵌入式安装使用的电器产品,如电磁炉,电源线1从壳体底部斜向穿入,并配有固线器3保护和导引穿透部,使电源线不至于受到破坏,且更具有抗拉性;电磁炉嵌入安装平台内,电源线1也得到有效隐藏。固线器3不仅对电源线的弯曲起到导引作用,还可实现定位和固定电源线,安装相当方便,且不易松动,增强了实用性。
当然,以上图示仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例,并非以此限定本实用新型的实施范围,故,凡是依照本实用新型之原理做等效变化或修饰,均应涵盖于本实用新型的保护范围内。

1.电器产品之电源线固定结构,其特征在于:电源线(1)从电器产品之壳体(2)底部穿入壳体内,壳体(2)底部开设有斜向通孔(21)配合电源线穿入,并于斜向通孔(21)内侧端上设有一固线器(3),固线器(3)内部设有拱弧腔(31)供电源线(1)穿设引伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电器产品之电源线固定结构,其特征在于:固线器(3)为一拱形,其通过螺钉固定在壳体(2)内底侧上,于固定器(3)的底部设有一活动底盖(32),活动底盖(32)设有斜孔(321)衔接壳体(2)底部的斜向通孔(21),达到拱弧腔(31)与壳体底部的斜向通孔(21)连通。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电器产品之电源线固定结构,其特征在于:所述固线器(3)是在90度内做弯拱设计。
