本实用新型公开了一种刮板衬板，所述的刮板衬板是安装在输送机上，油菜籽输送机上的输送装置为多个链条组成，每个链条上安装有刮板组成的刮板链，在刮板链上刮板增加耐磨衬板，在原刮板链条上的刮板旁边增加耐磨衬板，耐磨衬板采用聚酯材料，刮板运行过程中，耐磨衬板与壳体底衬板直接接触，减少壳体底衬板磨损程度，而且噪音小、耗能少、设备运行平稳。

本实用新型涉及到一种刮板衬板，尤其是使用在油菜籽刮板输送机上的刮板衬板。
背景技术
油菜籽刮板输送机是将敞开的溜槽，作为待输送物料等的承受件，将刮板固定在链条上(组成刮板链)，作为牵引构件。当机头传动部启动后，带动机头轴上的链轮旋转，使刮板链循环运行带动物料沿着溜槽移动，直至到机头部卸载。刮板链绕过链轮作无级闭合循环运行，完成物料的输送。刮板运行一段时间后，电机运行电流增高，设备噪音、振动加大，发现这是由铸钢链条直接与壳体底衬板磨损造成同时刮板在输送物料过程中，返料现象严重。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种安装在油菜籽刮板输送机上噪音小、低能耗、没有返料现象的刮板衬板。
所述的刮板衬板是安装在输送机上，油菜籽输送机上的输送装置为多个链条组成，每个链条上安装有刮板组成的刮板链，在刮板链上刮板增加耐磨衬板。
在原刮板链条上的刮板旁边增加耐磨衬板，耐磨衬板采用聚酯材料，刮板运行过程中，耐磨衬板与壳体底衬板直接接触，减少壳体底衬板磨损程度，而且噪音小、耗能少、设备运行平稳。

在图1上，所述的刮板衬板是安装在输送机上，油菜籽输送机上的输送装置为多个链条2组成，每个链条上安装有刮板1组成的刮板链，在刮板链上刮板增加耐磨衬板3，当机头传动部启动后，带动机头轴上的链轮旋转，使刮板链上的刮板1循环运行带动物料沿着溜槽移动，直至到机头部卸载，耐磨衬板3与输送机的壳体相摩擦，由于耐磨衬板3采用了聚酯材料，致使磨损小、噪音小、设备运行正常等优点。

1.一种刮板衬板，其特征在于：油菜籽输送机上的输送装置为多个链条组成，每个链条上安装有刮板(1)组成的刮板链(2)，在刮板链上刮板(1)增加耐磨衬板(3)。
