本实用新型属于对液位进行监测的传感器领域,特别是用于煤矿井下水池水位的监测的超声波式水位传感器。
背景技术
在煤矿井下会因底层中的水的蓄积形成水池,防止这些水池对煤矿产生危害,就需要对这些水池的水位进行监测,通常采用超声波式水位传感器进行监测,它的工作原理:首先由超声波探头发出超声波脉冲,当遇到被测水面后反射回来,被探头接收,因此探头就需要垂直于水面才能接收到反射回来的超声波脉冲,转换成电信号,直接计算出探头与水表面的距离,间接计算出水面到水底的距离;因为现有的超声波式水位传感器的探头与安装座为固定的刚性连接,所以为了使探头垂直于水面,在安装超声波式水位传感器使安装面就必须垂平行于水面,如果探头倾斜,探头就接收不到反射回来的超声波脉冲,那么就无法监测到水面到水底的距离,超声波式水位传感器的探头与安装座刚性连接为使用者带来了极大的不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种安装方便简单的超声波式水位传感器,它不需要在安装面平行于水面的情况下进行安装,探头具有自动垂直于水面的特点,解决了上述技术中超声波式水位传感器的安装面必须垂直于水面的而带来安装不方便等缺点。
超声波式水位传感器,它包括显示水位的主体、探头以及安装座,探头与安装座之间设有连接管,该连接管主要由金属软管与内管组成,内管置于金属软管内。
所述的金属软管两端设有用于连接探头及安装座的螺母,金属软管端部径向设有限位圈,螺母由该限位圈限位而无法脱离金属软管。
所述的内管为橡胶管,该橡胶管两端设有T形密封圈。
所述的安装座上设有耳扣,挂钩通过耳扣设于安装座上。
采用了上述方案,探头与安装座之间采用连接管连接,连接管为设有内管的金属软管,这样使探头与安装座之间形成软连接,无论安装座安装在那个平面上,探头在自身重力的影响下均能垂直向下,从而垂直于水面;软管为橡胶管起到防水作用,金属软管可以随安装座的安装角度弯转而且对软管形成保护;螺母用于连接探头及安装座,限位圈防止螺母脱离金属软管,T形密封圈防止水在连接处进入超声波式水位传感器;挂钩通过耳扣设在安装座上,这样超声波式水位传感器就可以悬挂起来。本实用新型的好处是与现有技术相比,无论超声波式水位传感器安装在哪个平面上均能对水池进行水位监测,安装方便快捷,不受环境限制,能任意角度安装或者悬挂。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示,超声波式水位传感器,它包括显示水位的主体6、用于发生超声波并接受反射超声波的探头1以及用于安装的安装座3,探头1与安装座3之间设有连接管2,该连接管2主要由金属软管21与内管组成,内管置于金属软管21内,金属软管21采用螺纹金属软管,内管采用橡胶管22,金属软管21两端设有用于连接探头1及安装座3的螺母23,金属软管21端部径向设有限位圈25,螺母23由该限位圈25限位而无法脱离金属软管21,橡胶管22两端设有T形密封圈24,金属软管21可以多向角度变化对于橡胶管22也起到保护作用,金属软管21的抗拉力为20kg,橡胶管22与T型密封圈24防止水进入超声波式水位传感器内,安装座3上设有耳扣4,挂钩5通过耳扣4设于安装座3上,这样安装座3不仅可以用于安装,也可以用于悬挂,无论安装座的安装角度及悬挂角度如何,质量为1kg的探头都在自身的重力作用下垂直于水面从而可以顺利的接受反射的超声波来对水位进行监测。

1.超声波式水位传感器,它包括显示水位的主体、探头以及安装座,其特征在于:探头与安装座之间设有连接管,该连接管主要由金属软管与内管组成,内管置于金属软管内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超声波式水位传感器,其特征在于:所述的金属软管两端设有用于连接探头及安装座的螺母,金属软管端部径向设有限位圈,螺母由该限位圈限位而无法脱离金属软管。
3.根据权利要求1所述的超声波式水位传感器,其特征在于:所述的内管为橡胶管,该橡胶管两端设有T形密封圈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超声波式水位传感器,其特征在于:所述的安装座上设有耳扣,挂钩通过耳扣设于安装座上。
