本实用新型涉及的是一种平衡检测警报装置。
(二)背景技术
在我们的日常生活中有许多情况检测某物体是否存在倾斜，例如在大货车卸货过程中载货箱是否出现左右倾斜，通常需要旁边站人用肉眼观察判断，人眼的局限性往往不能及时发现有没有倾斜，因此常常有大货车在卸货时翻倒。目前市面缺乏一种检测平衡的设备。
(三)发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种简单有效的平衡检测报警装置。
实现本实用新型目的的技术方案在于：
它包括U型管、U型管内安装的传感器、与传感器连接的报警电路板。
特别的：U型管由通过一根软管连接的两根金属管组成。
使用时将两根金属管分别挂在被检测物体的两端，保证两个金属管空间高度一致，然后向金属管内注入液体，根据U型管两端的气压一致，因此两管内液体水位也是一致的。当被检测物体发生倾斜时，两管内液体水位同样保持一致的，但两管内液体水位在金属管内的位置发生变化，一个管变高，一个管变低，触发金属管内安装的传感器，传感器把信号传输给报警电路板，报警电路板以亮灯或者喇叭报警等方式警告被检测物体发生了倾斜。
金属管内的传感器采用浮力式的、触点式的等多种可以感知水位变化的传感器都可以。
由于本实用新型的上述结构，人们就很容易知道被检测物体是否存在倾斜，实现了本实用新型的发明目的。本实用新型结构简单、安装方便，成本低廉，值得大力推广。

下面结合附图做进一步说明，但不仅限于此。
它包括由通过一根软管2连接的两根金属管5和6组成的U型管、金属管5和6内安装有传感器3、与传感器3连接的报警电路板4。
1为被测物体货车载货箱底板，两个金属管5和6分别悬挂在货车载货箱底板的两端。传感器3采用是能感知水位变化的浮力传感器。
使用时将由通过一根软管2连接的两根金属管5和6组成的U型管注入适量的水，当被测物体货车载货箱底板1发生倾斜时，金属管5和6内在所在金属管内的水位出现一边高和一边低时，信号传输给报警电路板4，报警电路板4亮灯提示人货车载货箱底板1发生了倾斜，根据水位的变化度还可以详细计算出此时货车载货箱底板1倾斜的角度，根据倾斜的角度亮出不同颜色的灯警示危险程度。

1.一种平衡检测警报装置，其特征在于：它包括U型管、U型管内安装的传感器(3)、与传感器(3)连接的报警电路板(4)。
