本实用新型涉及一种阀门装置,尤其是是一种切断阀。
背景技术
目前在使用在冶金、石化、市政等领域的截断介质流通的切断阀,一般采用闸阀、截止阀,零件多,结构复杂,完成一次启闭动作,阀杆需要旋转几十圈,启闭时间长。
发明内容
为了克服现有闸阀、截止阀等切断阀产品零件多,结构复杂,启闭时间长的不足,本实用新型提供一种切断阀。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是一种切断阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀瓣,阀座固定在阀体内,阀体内还有一驱动缸,驱动缸通过托架与阀体联结,驱动缸内装有一活塞,阀瓣通过活塞杆与活塞联结成一整体,驱动缸被活塞分成左腔与右腔,左腔通过管件伸出阀体和电磁阀与气源相通,右腔内活塞的背面装有弹簧。
本实用新型的有益效果是结构简单紧凑,成本低,维护方便,靠弹簧力复位,可实现快速启闭。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,一种切断阀,包括阀体1、阀座2、阀瓣3,阀座2固定在阀体1内,阀体1内还有一驱动缸4,驱动缸4通过托架8与阀体1联结,驱动缸4内装有一活塞7,阀瓣3通过活塞杆5与活塞7联结成一整体,驱动缸4被活塞7分成左腔与右腔,左腔通过管件9伸出阀体1和电磁阀10与气源相通,右腔内活塞7的背面装有弹簧6。活塞7与驱动缸4之间、活塞杆5与驱动缸4之间通过O形圈密封。
开阀时,电磁阀10得电,压缩空气通过管件9进入驱动缸4的左腔,推动活塞7向右移动,带动阀瓣3离开阀座2,托架8为中空结构,不影响介质流通,同时压缩弹簧6,为关阀储存能量。关阀时,电磁阀10失电,驱动缸4的左腔放空,活塞7在弹簧6的作用下带动阀瓣3快速向左移动,阀瓣3与阀座2接触,实现密封。
