本实用新型为发电机,特别是利用沟、渠水流发电的重力发电机。
背景技术
传统的水流发电机需要具有较大的水流,需要筑坝拦河,工程量大,投资成本高,发电机结构较复杂。而我国农村很多地方的情况是,经济欠发达,灌溉沟渠较多,广泛地使用水车进行低落差浇灌,并且很多农户还未使用电或无力承担电费。因此利用农村的现有条件,开发成本低廉的发电机很有意义。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种水流重力发电机,其结构简单,成本低,不需筑坝拦河,不破坏生态。
解决本实用新型的技术问题所采用的方案是:利用农村现有的水车,在水车的延伸中轴上安装齿轮,齿轮通过变速机构连接至发电机。
所述的变速机构可采用与中轴装配在一起的大齿轮和与大齿轮啮合的小齿轮,发电机与小齿轮同轴安装。
输送水流的水槽设置在水车的上侧,这时的水流量需要很少,可用来进行高效率发电。当沟渠中水流量稍大时,则可采用传统水车的工作方式,利用水流的冲击动能,又取水灌溉,又同时产生电能。
本实用新型的有益效果是:结构简单,成本低,不需筑坝拦河,不破坏生态。

具体实施方式
参见图1,水车3的中轴8加长,在延伸的中轴8上安装大齿轮7,通过平键5使大齿轮7与中轴8固定,大齿轮7与小齿轮1啮合后组成变速机构,小齿轮1与发电机2同轴安装,使缓慢的大齿轮7转速经过变速后加快速度,达到适合发电机2工作的转速。当沟渠中水流量较小时,可将输送水流的水槽4设置在水车3的上侧,用较少的水量就可进行高效率发电。

1.一种水流重力发电机,其特征是:水车的延伸中轴上装有齿轮,齿轮通过变速机构连接至发电机。
2.按权利要求1所述的水流重力发电机,其特征是:变速机构采用与中轴装配在一起的大齿轮和与大齿轮啮合的小齿轮,发电机与小齿轮同轴安装。
3.按权利要求2所述的水流重力发电机,其特征是:输送水流的水槽设置在水车的上侧。
