本实用新型的洋流发电用水轮机的特点是包括筒状外壳,筒状外壳呈封闭状,其两端中心位置均有通孔,通孔内有转轴。所述筒状外壳内的那段转轴外周均布有径向的叶片,叶片与转轴间均通过径向支架相连。所述筒状外壳下方有洋流管道,洋流管道呈横向布置,筒状外壳下侧加工有贯通其长度的开口,洋流管道上壁上有开口,筒状外壳的开口四周与洋流管道的开口四周间呈密封固定连接,使得所述叶片通过该开口伸入洋流管道内且所述转轴与洋流管道的纵向相垂直。采用该水轮机进行洋流发电,对洋流动能的利用率较高。

一种洋流发电用水轮机
技术领域
[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种发电装置。具体说,是能够将水流(特别是洋流)所携带的动能转化成机械能,并输出给发电机进行洋流发电的水轮机。
背景技术
[0002] 众所周知,地球表面70%以上的面积被海洋所覆盖,而在风力和其它动力的推动下,海水长年循着一定的路线周而复始的运动着,这就形成了洋流,洋流的规模要远远大于陆地上江河湖泊中的河流,它是一种取之不尽、用之不竭的绿色环保资源。
[0003] 近些年来,为了减少地球能源的过渡开发和利用,世界各国都比较重视利用绿色环保资源来进行发电,这其中就包括洋流发电。传统的洋流发电系统,其结构和原理均与风力发电系统类似,即在洋流的流路上设置叶轮,其中主要的一种叶轮为垂直轴叶轮,即其叶轮的转轴与洋流的流路相垂直。使用时,将垂直轴叶轮完全浸入海水中,利用洋流推动垂直轴叶轮的叶片及转轴转动,并将转动的机械能输出给发电机进行发电。但是,垂直轴叶轮转动时,当其叶片从迎流面转动至背流面时,叶片的背面同样会受到洋流的冲击,这种冲击会阻碍叶片的转动,进而对转轴的转动产生阻碍,这就造成了洋流动能的损失,使得发电系统对洋流动能的利用率较低。我国民间在很早以前就实用新型了一种水车,它是将一个圆形的框架支撑在水面,并在圆形框架的外沿设置水斗,这种水车的主要作用是为人类提供日常生活所需的动力和用水,还可为种植物提供灌溉用水,其仅能设置在河流的表面,对表层水流的动能进行利用,不适于水下发电,因而无法直接利用到洋流发电领域中。
实用新型内容
[0004] 本实用新型要解决的问题是提供一种洋流发电用水轮机,采用该水轮机进行洋流发电,对洋流动能的利用率较高。

[0007] 本实用新型的进一步改进方案是所述叶片均由多片瓦形板片连接而成,相邻两个瓦形板片的相应直边连接在一起。瓦形板片的设计能够提高叶片对洋流的承托性,减少洋流沿叶片四周的扩散,进一步提高洋流动能的利用率。
[0008] 本实用新型的进一步改进方案是所述叶片的外沿有外圆杆架,外圆杆架所在的平面与转轴相垂直,且叶片与外圆杆架间均呈固定连接。利用外圆杆架可对叶片进行加固,使得叶片沿转轴轴向始终保持等距,转动时不会出现偏心,确保水轮机运行顺畅。[0009] 本实用新型的进一步改进方案是所述径向支架上有内圆杆架,内圆杆架所在的平面与转轴相垂直,且径向支架与内圆杆架间均呈固定连接。利用内圆杆架可对径向支架进行加固,缓解单个径向支架与转轴连接处的应力集中,使得水轮机结构更加稳定,增加其使用寿命。
[0010] 本实用新型的更进一步改进方案是所述筒状外壳包括上部和下部,上、下部均为半圆筒形,且两者的连接处均有横向的外凸筋,上、下部的外凸筋通过螺栓和螺母固定在一起。这样,当需要对水轮机内部进行维修保养时,只需将螺栓和螺母拆除,并取下筒状外壳的上部即可。

[0012]由于本实用新型的洋流发电用水轮机有封闭的筒状外壳,且筒状外壳下侧连接有洋流管道,洋流在流经水轮机时,能够通过该洋流管道限制洋流冲击叶片的范围,即洋流始终在筒状外壳的内腔下部冲击叶片,当叶片转动到背流面时,其背面不会受到洋流的冲击,叶片和转轴的转动不会受到阻碍,从而可提高洋流动能的利用率。

[0015] 如图1所示,本实用新型的洋流发电用水轮机包括筒状外壳1,筒状外壳I呈封闭状,其两端中心位置均有通孔,通孔内有转轴2。所述筒状外壳I内的那段转轴2外周均布有径向的叶片5,叶片5与转轴2间均通过径向支架7相连。本实施例中,所述叶片5均由多片瓦形板片连接而成,相邻两个瓦形板片的相应直边连接在一起。所述筒状外壳I下方有洋流管道6,洋流管道6呈横向布置,筒状外壳I下侧加工有贯通其长度的开口,洋流管道6上壁上有开口,筒状外壳I的开口四周与洋流管道6的开口四周间呈密封固定连接,使得所述叶片5通过该开口伸入洋流管道6内且所述转轴2与洋流管道6的纵向相垂直。
[0016] 为了提高叶片5、径向支架7和转轴2之间的连接强度,本实施例在叶片5的外沿还设有外圆杆架3,并在径向支架7上设有内圆杆架4。外圆杆架3和内圆杆架4所在的平面均与转轴2相垂直,且所有叶片5的外沿均固定在外圆杆架3上,转轴2同一垂直平面内的所有径向支架7均固定在内圆杆架4上。根据实际使用时的强度要求,外圆杆架3、内圆杆架4的数量可以为多个,它们均沿转轴2轴向均匀布置。
[0017]另外,为了使得该水轮机在维修保养时便于拆卸,本实施例的筒状外壳I包括上部和下部,上、下部均为半圆筒形,且两者的连接处均有横向的外凸筋8,上、下部的外凸筋8通过螺栓和螺母固定在一起。将螺栓和螺母拆除,并取下筒状外壳I的上部即可对其进行维修保养。
[0018] 使用时,将本实用新型的洋流发电用水轮机安装在洋流发电系统上,使其洋流管道6沿洋流的流动方向布置,同时转轴2的输出端与发电系统中发电机的输入端通过变速箱相连。洋流在进入洋流管道6后,冲击在由多片瓦形板片组成的叶片5上,推动叶片5及转轴2转动,转轴2转动的机械能通过变速箱传递至发电机发电。如果在系统中设置空压机,并将空压机的出气口通过管道与所述筒状外壳I的内腔相连通,即可通过空压机控制筒状外壳I内的液面高度,减少叶片5在水中转动时所受的阻力,提高工作效率。该水轮机的洋流管道6设计,还便于与聚流增速管道相连,通过聚流增速管道来提高洋流的流速,进而可提高洋流发电系 统的发电量。

1.一种洋流发电用水轮机,其特征在于包括筒状外壳(1),筒状外壳(I)呈封闭状,其两端中心位置均有通孔,通孔内有转轴(2);所述筒状外壳(I)内的那段转轴(2)外周均布有径向的叶片(5),叶片(5)与转轴(2)间均通过径向支架(7)相连;所述筒状外壳(I)下方有洋流管道(6),洋流管道(6)呈横向布置,筒状外壳(I)下侧加工有贯通其长度的开口,洋流管道(6)上壁上有开口,筒状外壳(I)的开口四周与洋流管道(6)的开口四周间呈密封固定连接,使得所述叶片(5 )通过该开口伸入洋流管道(6 )内且所述转轴(2 )与洋流管道(6 )的纵向相垂直。
2.如权利要求1所述的洋流发电用水轮机,其特征在于所述叶片(5)均由多片瓦形板片连接而成,相邻两个瓦形板片的相应直边连接在一起。
3.如权利要求1所述的洋流发电用水轮机,其特征在于所述叶片(5)的外沿有外圆杆架(3),外圆杆架(3)所在的平面与转轴(2)相垂直,且叶片(5)与外圆杆架(3)间均呈固定连接。
4.如权利要求1所述的洋流发电用水轮机,其特征在于所述径向支架(7)上有内圆杆架(4),内圆杆架(4)所在的平面与转轴(2)相垂直,且径向支架(7)与内圆杆架(4)间均呈固定连接。
5.如权利要求1或4所述的洋流发电用水轮机,其特征在于所述筒状外壳(I)包括上部和下部,上、下部均为半圆筒形,且两者的连接处均有横向的外凸筋(8),上、下部的外凸筋(8)通过螺栓和螺母 固定在一起。
