技术领域
本实用新型特别涉及振动试验技术领域的一种应用于电动振动台、激振器等设备中的新型动圈组件。
背景技术
电动振动台是振动试验设备中最为常见的一种振动试验设备,其中动圈组件又是振动台的核心部件,动圈组件主要由工作台面及绕制在工作台面骨架上的驱动线圈构成。动圈制作的好坏直接影响振动台工作频率的高低,波形失真的大小,以及输出的激振力大小。但目前常见电动振动台,尤其是小型电动振动台中采用的动圈组件一般推力较小、失真度大、振动频率低,满足不了大加速度传感器和速度传感器的标定要求。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提出一种新型动圈组件,其失真度小、振动频率范围大、推力大,从而克服了现有技术中的不足。
为实现上述发明目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种新型动圈组件,包括动圈骨架及固定设置于动圈骨架下部的驱动线圈其特征在于,所述驱动线圈主要由四层线圈组绕制形成。
进一步地讲,所述动圈骨架为直筒式构件。
所述驱动线圈的内侧环绕设置金属网板,且金属网板与驱动线圈和动圈骨架均通过轻质粘结剂固化成型。
所述动圈骨架包括振动台台面以及与振动台台面下部环绕连接设置的复数条加强筋。
所述加强筋为6条,其对称设置在振动台台面下方。
本实用新型通过对动圈组件的结构进行改进,从而解决了现有技术中的不足,其采取的主要措施为:增加驱动线圈中线圈组的数量。但考虑到在线圈组数量增大的情况下,动圈阻抗(主要由线圈直流电阻、短路环电阻、机械阻抗和线圈感抗组成)也会相应增大。而由于感抗的存在,在工作频率范围内,若所需电压超过功率放大器的额定输出电压,就会影响振动台输出功率。故而,本案发明人经长期研究和实践,发现在小型振动台,激振器中,采用4层线圈绕组的动圈,可缩小振动台体积,增大输出推力,并不会影响振动台输出功率。
另外,本实用新型的改进之处还在于
1)采用直筒结构的动圈骨架,并在台面下面设置若干加强筋,同时尽可能绕空动圈骨架内部的方式,从而使动圈骨架重量轻,结构刚度大;
2)在驱动线圈内设置金属网板,特别是不锈钢网板,并将之以环氧树脂等轻质粘结材料固化连接,提高了动圈组件的刚度,使动圈组件的一阶共振频率提高。
总而言之,本实用新型结构简单紧凑,推力大、频宽广,运行性能稳定,可被广泛应用于各种电动振动台、激振器等设备中。

如图1所示,该动圈组件1包括具有直筒式结构的动圈骨架11,该动圈骨架上部设置振动台台面,台面下方对称环绕连接设置6条加强筋(图中未示出),同时,该动圈骨架下部固定设置驱动线圈12,该驱动线圈由四层高强度漆包线绕制而成,它们用环氧树脂粘接在一起,高温固化而成一整体,同时该驱动线圈的内侧环绕设置金属网板13,且金属网板与驱动线圈和动圈骨架均通过环氧树脂等一体固化。
该动圈组件可大幅提升振动台的推力和工作频宽,并减小加速度波形失真度,且运行性能稳定。
以上实施例仅用于说明本实用新型的内容,除此之外,本实用新型还有其他实施方式。但是,凡采用等同替换或等效变形方式形成的技术方案均落在本实用新型的保护范围内。

1.一种新型动圈组件,包括动圈骨架及固定设置于动圈骨架下部的驱动线圈,其特征在于:所述驱动线圈主要由四层线圈组绕制形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型动圈组件,其特征在于,所述动圈骨架为直筒式构件。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型动圈组件,其特征在于,所述驱动线圈的内侧环绕设置金属网板,且金属网板与驱动线圈和动圈骨架均通过轻质粘结剂固化成型。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的新型动圈组件,其特征在于,所述动圈骨架包括振动台台面以及与振动台台面下部环绕连接设置的复数条加强筋。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新型动圈组件,其特征在于,所述加强筋为6条,其对称设置在振动台台面下方。
