背景技术
现有离心泵的泵轴与冲压叶轮、模压叶轮或注塑叶轮的联接方式主要有花键轴联接、平键联接、多边形轴联接等几种。花键轴加工复杂、加工成本高、检验困难、精度难以保证,大批量加工效率比较低;平键联接对轴的强度削弱较大,键槽加工困难,而且影响动平衡;多边形轴加工量大,对轴的强度削弱较大。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种泵轴,解决泵轴与叶轮联接部分加工复杂、加工成本高、精度低、影响轴强度、装配精度差、整机性能难以保证的问题。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案:这种泵轴,泵轴的中间设有与叶轮轴孔配合的扁轴,扁轴的一端为螺纹端,扁轴的另一端设有轴肩。
作为优选,所述扁轴的上、下两个面与轴中心面对称。
与现有技术相比本实用新型的优点是:加工方便,精度容易保证,测量简单,对强度削弱小,动平衡,装配方便,能满足使用要求,整机性能稳定。对应配套的叶轮轴孔也为扁轴孔结构,采用冲压、模压、注塑等工艺一次性成形,效率非常高。

如图所示,这种泵轴,在泵轴的中间设有与叶轮轴孔6-1配合的扁轴2,扁轴2的一端为螺纹端1,扁轴2的另一端设有轴肩3,所述扁轴2的上、下两个面与轴中心面对称。
工作原理:泵轴叶轮联接部分采用对称的扁轴2结构,配合的叶轮轴孔6-1也采用扁轴孔,轴的圆面部分用于叶轮的轴心定位,轴的上、下两个扁面用于传递扭矩。
如图4所示,冲压叶轮6上设有叶轮轴孔6-1,叶轮轴孔6-1冲压成和扁轴2配套的扁轴孔,图3是一种扁轴孔冲压叶轮6与泵轴的安装形式,依次装入冲压叶轮6,垫圈5和螺母4压紧。
