Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种带夹芯层的圈梁体系。它采用类似“夹芯墙体”的方案,将圈梁(1)只设置在墙体内侧一定的范围内,在与梁等高的部位设置厚度很小的砌块(2)从而在圈梁(1)与砌块(2)之间形成夹芯层(3),从而阻断了冷热桥。本实用新型限制了冷热桥的出现,给外墙保温带来新的局面,施工简易。本实用新型还可以减少建筑材料的消耗,降低建筑成本。为了增强墙体的承载力,墙体内侧还可设置扶壁柱,不会影响墙体的保温性能。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种带夹芯层的圈梁体系。
背景技术
外墙外保温体系、外墙内保温体系和复合保温墙体体系是目前国内外常见的几种墙体保温体系。但是由于结构性冷热桥的存在,主墙节能的贡献受到很大程度的折减。为了达到保温效果,人们仍然要在圈梁处设置保温材料,不但浪费了大量的建筑材料,而且带来了耐久性、保温效果不稳定方面等一系列的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于进一步阻断结构圈梁处的冷热桥,从而充分发挥墙体节能的作用。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
与传统的砌体结构墙体(见附图4)相比,本实用新型建筑外墙在圈梁高度范围内,在墙体室外一侧设置砌块,圈梁布置在墙体室内一侧;在圈梁与砌块之间设置夹芯层,从而阻断圈梁与外界之间的冷热桥。砌块长度为200mm至2000mm,高度与砌块所在位置的圈梁高度相等,宽度为50mm至500mm,在夹芯层中可以填充或者部分填充保温材料。
阻断圈梁1处冷热桥的构造措施限制了冷热桥的出现,给外墙保温带来新的局面,施工简易。阻断圈梁1处冷热桥的构造措施还可以减少建筑材料的消耗,降低建筑成本,但却能够更好的限制冷热桥的出现。

具体实施方式
以下将结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的说明。
建筑外墙在圈梁高度范围内,在圈梁1与砌块2之间设置夹芯层3,砌块2长度为400mm,高度与砌块2所在位置的圈梁1高度相等,宽度为100mm。在夹芯层3中填充保温材料。

1.一种带夹芯层的圈梁体系,其特征在于:建筑外墙在圈梁高度范围内,在墙体室外一侧设置砌块(2),圈梁(1)布置在墙体室内一侧;在圈梁(1)与砌块(2)之间设置夹芯层(3),从而阻断圈梁(1)与外界之间的冷热桥。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带夹芯层的圈梁体系,其特征在于:砌块长度为200mm至2000mm,高度与砌块所在位置的圈梁高度相等,宽度为50mm至500mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述带夹芯层的圈梁体系,其特征在于:夹芯层(3)中填充或者部分填充保温材料。
