本实用新型主要涉及一种钢线材生产制造中的设备，尤其涉及一种钢线材震动清洗装置。
背景技术
钢线材在成型后，需对钢丝表面进行清洗，除去油污、锈斑等杂质，目前已有的清洗装置，虽然达到清洗的效果，但其结构复杂，成本高，清洗效果差，效率低，需要的人工劳动强度大，费时费力，同时水资源需求量大，不能达到合理的利用，排污也比较困难，不能达到经济实用的要求，降低了生产效益。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了弥补已有技术的不足，提供了一种钢线材震动清洗装置，解决了结构复杂，清洗效果差，效率低，需要的人工劳动强度大，水资源不能达到合理的利用，排污也比较困难等问题。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的：
一种钢线材震动清洗装置，包括有底座，所述底座上设有水槽，所述水槽底部设有出水口，所述水槽的口部边沿固定安装有多个导向轴，包括有振动框，所述振动框底部边缘设有多个导向套，所述导向套与相对应的导向轴滑动配合，所述的振动框上部设有进水口和过线孔，振动框的底面安装有过滤网，振动框中放置有石子，所述的导向套与导向轴之间套装有弹簧，所述的振动框还连接有驱动机构。
工作时，将需要清洗的钢线材穿过所述的过线孔，利用振动框的振动，带动石子的运动，同时向振动框中通入水，可对钢线材表面进行打磨，除去油污、锈斑等杂质，同时还可对生产线线上的钢线材进行清洗，而且清洗效果好。

一种钢线材震动清洗装置，包括有底座1，所述底座1上设有水槽2，所述水槽2底部设有出水口3，所述水槽2的口部边沿固定安装有多个导向轴4，包括有振动框5，所述振动框5底部边缘设有多个导向套6，所述导向套6与相对应的导向轴4滑动配合，所述的振动框5上部设有进水口7和过线孔8，振动框5的底面安装有过滤网，振动框5中放置有石子9，所述的导向套6与导向轴4之间套装有弹簧10，所述的振动框5还连接有驱动机构；工作时，向振动框5内通入水，通过振动框5的振动，带动石子9的运动，进而可对钢线材表面进行打磨，除去油污、锈斑等杂质。
