Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种人工椎间盘。即将人工椎间盘设计为三个部分,上底座、髓核、下底座。上底座通过其底面的凹形球面与髓核的顶面的球形凸面相配合,下底座通过其顶面的燕尾槽与髓核底面的滑轨相连接。当脊柱屈伸时,不仅上底座与髓核通过球面结构作球面弧形滑动,同时,伴随着髓核通过其滑轨在下底座的燕尾槽中作前后滑动。此种设计使人工椎间盘运动比较接近人体椎间盘运动模式,从而降低了邻近椎间盘退变可能性。

背景技术
脊柱人工椎间盘,目前应用于临床的有很多种,但其运动模式与实际的人体椎间盘运动模式相差甚远,其植入人体后可能加速相邻椎间盘退变。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题在于提供一种即与实际椎间盘运动模式较相近的人工椎间盘。
本实用新型的设计构思是人工椎间盘不仅可以做球面弧形运动,同时也具有前后运动,从而使人工椎间盘运动较接近人体椎间盘的运动为多种运动方式复合的模式。
基于以上构思,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种人工椎间盘,包括髓核、上底座及下底座三个部分。髓核顶部通过凸形球面与上底座底部的凹形球面相接触,髓核底部通过滑轨与下底座顶部的燕尾槽相连接。且上底座的顶部及下底座底部的终板面表面压有钛丝及骨诱导涂层,用于上下底座与椎间隙上下终板接触融合,当脊柱屈伸时,不仅上底座与髓核作球面弧形运动,同时,髓核与下底座进行前后滑动。此种设计使人工椎间盘运动比较接近人体椎间盘运动模式,从而降低了邻近椎间盘退变可能性。

下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本实用新型作进一步说明:
图1所示的一种人工椎间盘包括一个上底座1、一个髓核部分2、一个下底座3及两个卡销8、9。
本实用新型的安装方式如下:将髓核2底面的滑轨4插入下底座3顶面的燕尾槽5中,将卡销8、9分别插入燕尾槽5开放端的插孔6、7中,将上底座1底面的凹形球面与髓核2顶面的球形凹面配合,嵌入脊柱的椎间隙中,上底座1顶面通过表面钛丝涂层与椎间隙顶部终板接触融合,下底座3底面通过钛丝涂层与椎间隙底部终板接触融合,同时燕尾槽5开放端向椎体前面。
其工作原理:当脊柱前屈时,上底座1与髓核2通过球面结构作向前的球面弧形滑动,同时髓核2的导轨4在下底座3燕尾槽中作向前滑动,因而导致上底座1相对于下底座3作球面向前圆弧形运动时也伴有向前滑动的运动。当脊柱后伸时,上底座1与髓核2通过球面结构作向后的球面弧形滑动,同时髓核2的导轨4在下底座3燕尾槽中作向后滑动,因而导致上底座1相对于下底座3作球面向后圆弧形运动时也伴有向后滑动的运动。

Claims (3)

1.一种人工椎间盘,包括上底座(1)与下底座(3),其特征在于:还包括一个髓核(2),所述髓核(2)的顶面与上底座(1)球面配合,髓核(2)底面与下底座(3)通过滑轨相配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种人工椎间盘,其特征在于:所述髓核(2)底面设有倒梯形滑轨(4),所述下底座(3)顶部设有燕尾槽(5),所述倒梯形滑轨(4)与所述燕尾槽(5)滑动配合。
3.根据权利要求2所述的人工椎间盘,其特征在于:所述的燕尾槽(5)一端封闭,一端开放,开放端设有限位的卡销(8、9)。
