本实用新型公开了一种锂离子电池极耳,包括位于极耳两端的焊接区和位于极耳中间位置的导电区,其特征在于:所述焊接区宽度大于所述导电区宽度。本实用新型还公开了含上述极耳的锂离子电池。本实用新型的极耳焊接区非常方便分别与正极片(或负极片)和盖板焊接,且不易脱落,避免断路,并且由于导电区比较窄,降低了短路现象的发生,提高了电池的安全性能。

本实用新型涉及锂离子电池领域,特别涉及一种锂离子电池极耳以及含有该极耳的锂离子电池。
背景技术
一般锂离子电池极耳均是宽度一致,两端分别与正极片(或负极片)和盖板焊接,正负极耳分别放置在电芯卷绕体的最外层和最内层,但是极耳如果过宽,极耳面积较大,容易与正极片(或负极片)接触,造成短路,极耳如果过窄,与正极片(或负极片)和盖板焊接不牢固,又容易断路。
发明内容
为克服上述技术缺陷,本实用新型公开了一种焊接牢固、不易短路和断路的锂离子电池极耳以及含有该极耳的锂离子电池。
本实用新型的技术方案如下所述:一种锂离子电池极耳,包括位于极耳两端的焊接区和位于极耳中间位置的导电区,其特征在于:所述焊接区宽度大于所述导电区宽度。
所述焊接区宽度是所述导电区宽度的1.5-3倍。
所述焊接区宽度是所述导电区宽度的2倍。
本实用新型还公开了一种锂离子电池,包括极耳,所述极耳包括位于极耳两端的焊接区和位于极耳中间位置的导电区,所述焊接区宽度大于所述导电区宽度。
本实用新型的有益效果在于:本实用新型的极耳由于位于极耳两端的焊接区比较宽,因此非常方便分别与正极片(或负极片)和盖板焊接,且不易脱落,避免断路;由于位于极耳中间位置的导电区比较窄,面积小,不易与正极片(或负极片)接触,从而降低了短路现象的发生,提高了电池的安全性能;并且由于导电区比较窄,节省了极耳材料,降低了成本。

下面将通过具体实施例对本实用新型进行详细说明。
图1是本实用新型的锂离子电池极耳结构示意图,本实用新型的锂离子电池极耳,包括位于极耳两端的焊接区11、焊接区33和位于极耳中间位置的导电区22,其特征在于:所述焊接区11和焊接区33的宽度大于所述导电区22的宽度。优选地,所述焊接区宽度是所述导电区宽度的1.5-3倍。最优选,所述焊接区宽度是所述导电区宽度的2倍。
本实用新型还公开了一种锂离子电池,含有上述极耳结构。
本实用新型的极耳由于位于极耳两端的焊接区11、33比较宽,因此非常方便分别与正极片(或负极片)和盖板焊接,且不易脱落,避免断路;由于位于极耳中间位置的导电区22比较窄,面积小,不易与正极片(或负极片)接触,从而降低了短路现象的发生,提高了电池的安全性能;并且由于导电区比较窄,节省了极耳材料,降低了成本。

1.一种锂离子电池极耳,包括位于极耳两端的焊接区和位于极耳中间位置的导电区,其特征在于:所述焊接区宽度大于所述导电区宽度。
2.如权利要求1所述的锂离子电池极耳,其特征在于:所述焊接区宽度是所述导电区宽度的1.5-3倍。
3.如权利要求2所述的锂离子电池极耳,其特征在于:所述焊接区宽度是所述导电区宽度的2倍。
4.一种锂离子电池,包括极耳,所述极耳包括位于极耳两端的焊接区和位于极耳中间位置的导电区,其特征在于:所述焊接区宽度大于所述导电区宽度。
