竖直传高仪的仪器机械系统包括上层固定箱和底层观察箱,上层和底层之间有金属细杆连接,其金属细杆的底部需要悬挂足够的重物,导致装置既笨重又很不方便。

本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术的缺陷,采用一种轻巧的恒力矩装置来替代悬挂的重物缺陷。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:本实用新型的一种竖直传高仪恒力矩装置,它包括重物、杠杆,重物固定在杠杆的一端,杠杆穿置在一个连接座上,用螺母固定,金属细杆用螺钉固定在连接座上,其特征在于杠杆的另一端穿置在一个锥形刀槽上,锥形刀始终和锥形刀槽的底部线接触,金属细杆由滚轮限位器限制水平方向的位移。
本实用新型的竖直传高仪恒力矩装置,由于锥形刀始终和锥形刀槽的底部线接触,保证力矩恒定,通过杠杆原理,在满足重力要求的情况下,重物的质量可以大大的减小,滚轮限位器可以满足金属细杆温度变化所造成的竖直方向的位移,限定水平方向的位移。本实用新型具有轻巧的特点。
