背景技术
立式排污泵安装方便,用途广泛。既可作一般管道泵为高层建筑加压送水,又可输送含有颗粒纤维污水,适用输送污水外,还适用于做疏水泵、过滤冲洗冷凝循环泵等,广泛应用于单位企业废水排放,城市污水处理等。目前,公知的立式排污泵采用的叶片式叶轮的叶片都是等高的。但是,采用这种结构的叶片水力性能不好,降低了立式排污泵的扬程和效率,使得投资增加,能源浪费。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用带高低叶片的叶轮,它有效的改善了立式排污泵压水室流动情况,提高了立式排污泵的扬程和效率。
实现上述目的所采用的技术方案是:
立式排污泵采用带高低叶片的叶轮,叶轮的叶片分为高叶片和低叶片两种,高低叶片相间排列(叶轮叶片数为偶,且叶片数大于等于4)。采用这种结构的叶轮,水力性能良好,提高了扬程和效率。

如图1~图3所示,本实用新型所描述的带高低折弯叶片的立式排污泵所用叶轮(4)包括高叶片(5)、低叶片(7)、后盖板(8)和轮毂(6)。其安装在泵体(3)中,与蜗壳出口所在面有一定距离.当潜水涡流泵运行时,具有高低叶片的叶轮(4)能够改善泵体(3)中的流动情况。
所述叶轮(4)的叶片高低叶片,高叶片(5)和低叶片(7)相间排列。立式排污泵运行时,高叶片(5)和低叶片(7)能够改善泵体(3)中的流动情况,减小水力损失,提高扬程和效率。
