背景技术
常规的多级双吸泵的泵腔里是没有导叶的,此时流出叶轮的液体的速度能既不能有效的转化为压力能,也不能按要求的流动状态进入下一级叶轮,同时液体将把从叶轮外获得的能量大量地消耗在与泵体内壁的摩擦、撞击以及液体本身无规则运动的旋涡乱流中,从而水泵的水力损失很大,效率相对较低。亟待改进多级双吸泵的结构,以解决上述问题。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术中多级双吸泵的泵腔里是没有导叶所存在的上述问题,提供一种增设导叶的多级双吸泵。本实用新型设计一种增设导叶的多级双吸泵,包括叶轮、泵体压出室涡壳、水泵出水口,其特征在于:在多级双吸泵的泵腔里的未级压出室和叶轮之间设置有导叶,导叶的片数为5——7片。本实用新型的优点是增设的导叶既能保证良好的导流作用,还具备良好的能量转换效应。大大降低了能量损失,提高了水力效率,达到了高效节能的目的。

具体实施方式:
图中包括叶轮1、泵体压出室涡壳2、水泵出水口3,其特征在于:在多级双吸泵的泵腔里的未级压出室和叶轮之间设置有导叶4,导叶的片数为5——7片。
安装在泵体未级压出室中。其流道设计成扩散形流道,液体从叶轮流出后,被导叶收集,再导入泵体压出室,使液体的速度能充分转化为压力能,且损失很小。增设的导叶既能保证良好的导流作用,还具备良好的能量转换效应。大大降低了能量损失,提高了水力效率,达到了高效节能的目的。
