Abstract

覆膜机电加热半油镜面辊,应用于印刷机械覆膜机上。主要由轴套、外辊和内筒组成。在外辊的两端固定有轴套,轴套有中心孔,在轴套的一端有轴头。在外辊内有内筒,内筒的两端分别固定在轴套的端部。在外辊与内筒之间形成密闭的环形空间,在外辊与内筒之间的环形空间内有导热油。效果是:镜面辊表面温度均匀,并能长时间地保持在最佳温度,使得手动覆膜机的覆膜质量提高。克服了现有加热镜面辊表面温度不均匀,减少浪费能源的不足。

覆膜机电加热半油镜面辊 
技术领域
本实用新型涉及印刷机械技术领域,特别涉及一种覆膜机。具体说是一种覆膜机上使用的带有电加热装置的镜面辊。 
背景技术
覆膜是将涂布粘合剂后的塑料薄膜,与纸张或印刷品叠放在一起经加热、加压后粘合在纸张或印刷品表面,形成纸塑合一的产品。它是目前常见的纸质印刷品印后加工工艺之一。经过覆膜的印刷品,由于表面多了一层薄而透明的塑料薄膜,表面更加平滑光亮,不但提高了印刷品的光泽度,延长了印刷品的使用寿命,同时塑料薄膜又起到防水、防污、耐磨、耐折、耐化学腐蚀等保护作用。常见的覆膜产品有书刊杂志、纸箱、手提袋、化肥袋、种子袋、不干胶标签等。热压温度根据印刷品墨层厚度、纸质好坏、气候变化等情况来调整,一般应控制在60-150℃。温度过高会超过薄膜承受范围,薄膜等受高热而变形,极易使产品曲卷、起泡、皱格等,且橡胶辊表面易烫损变形;温度过低,覆膜不牢,易脱层。 
目前,进行覆膜加工时多数采用手动覆膜机。为了给塑料薄膜加热并加压,手动覆膜机的镜面辊有两种,一种镜面辊是电热管直接加热辊筒。在辊筒内有电热管(石英管)安装在旋转的辊筒内。电热管产生的热量通过热辐射和空气对流传导,为手动覆膜机的辊筒加温。这种结构镜面辊主要缺点是温度不均匀,辊筒外表面有的地方温度高,有的地方温度低,造成覆膜后产生皱膜、起泡现象,粘合质量不良。另外一种镜面辊是在辊筒的两端固定有轴头,在滚筒内装满导热油,将电热管安装在旋转的辊筒内,即把电热管直接插入导热油中。电热 管加热全部导热油,用电刷为旋转的电热管提供电流。这种机构主要缺点是加热时间长,热损失大,滚筒整体质量大,从而大量浪费能源;此外由于电刷等结构属易损件,出现问题几率比较大,从而增加了维修成本。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是:提供一种覆膜机电加热半油镜面辊,能完成覆膜加工,在镜面辊与内筒之间的环形空间内注入导热油,减少导热油,减轻整体重量,降低电能消耗。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案是:覆膜机电加热半油镜面辊,主要由轴套、外辊和内筒组成。其特征在于:在外辊的两端固定有轴套,轴套有中心孔,在轴套的一端有轴头,在轴头上能固定轴承。在外辊内有内筒,内筒的两端分别固定在轴套的端部。在外辊与内筒之间形成密闭的环形空间,在外辊与内筒之间的环形空间内有导热油。 
为了方便导热油装入,在轴套上有加油孔,加油孔与外辊与内筒之间的环形空间联通,在加油孔内固定有丝堵。 
覆膜机电加热半油镜面辊的安装与使用:参阅图1。在两端轴套4上分别固定有轴承7,轴承7装入轴承座2中,轴承盖3固定在手动覆膜机的墙板1上,在轴承座2的外部固定有一端有轴承盖3。通过轴套4的中心孔插入石英管5,在石英管5的两端固定在支架6上。支架6与手动覆膜机的墙板1固定。石英管5连接电源控制开关。 
当需要给镜面辊加热时,打开电源,石英管5发热,石英管5以辐射和对立的方式加热内筒9,通过内筒9加热导热油10,导热油10以热传导方式加热外辊8。当镜面辊旋转时,石英管5保持静止状态,石英管5不随镜面辊旋转。 
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型覆膜机电加热半油镜面辊能完成覆膜加工,镜面辊外表面温度均匀,较长时间地保持在最佳温度,手动覆膜机的覆膜质量大大提高,克服电热管直接加热辊筒,辊筒表面温度不均匀;克服电热管直接插入导热油中,加热时间长,热损失大,滚筒整体质量大的不足。从而节能、节省资源,减少维修成本。

具体实施方式
实施例1:以一个外辊8的外经为265毫米的覆膜机电加热半油镜面辊为例,进行详细说明。 
参阅图1。覆膜机电加热半油镜面辊,主要由轴套4、外辊8和内筒9组成。外辊8的外径265毫米,内径250毫米,长度940毫米。六根石英管5,加热总功率12kW,单根石英管5的直径是20毫米,长度1250毫米。 
在外辊8的两端焊接固定有轴套4,轴套4有中心孔,轴套4中心孔的直径是80毫米。在轴套4的一端有轴头,在轴头上能固定轴承。在外辊8内有内筒9,内筒9的外径189毫米,内径179毫米。内筒9的两端分别焊接固定在轴套4的端部。在外辊8与内筒9之间形成密闭的环形空间,在外辊8与内筒9之间的环形空间内装满导热油10。 
在一个轴套4上有加油孔,加油孔与外辊与内筒9之间的环形空间联通,在加油孔内固定有一个丝堵。

1.一种覆膜机电加热半油镜面辊,主要由轴套(4)、外辊(8)和内筒(9)组成;其特征在于:在外辊(8)的两端固定有轴套(4),轴套(4)有中心孔,在轴套(4)的一端有轴头,在外辊(8)内有内筒(9),内筒(9)的两端分别固定在轴套(4)的端部,在外辊(8)与内筒(9)之间形成密闭的环形空间,在外辊(8)与内筒(9)之间的环形空间内有导热油(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的覆膜机电加热半油镜面辊,其特征是:在轴套(4)上有加油孔,加油孔与外辊与内筒(9)之间的环形空间联通,在加油孔内固定有丝堵。
