本实用新型涉及一种塑料吹瓶机加热器的灯管调节装置,属于塑料机械领域。
背景技术
采用注拉吹生产塑料瓶,需要加热(装置)器先将塑料瓶胚加热变软,再由输送机构将加热后的塑料瓶胚送入拉吹机拉吹成型。现有加热器主要包括加热支架,加热支架上安装灯管支杆,灯管支杆头部安装灯管夹,灯管上安装加热灯管,加热灯管对塑料瓶胚加热,其存在的缺点是:由于加热器安装在输送机构的一侧或者两侧,并且加热支杆和灯管夹是固定安装,不能调节,加热时所有的灯管全部打开,如果塑料瓶胚较短,造成能量浪费;另一方面,固定的灯管支杆不能伸缩,无法对塑料瓶胚的顶部进行直接加热,影响了能量的合理利用,同时也影响塑料瓶胚加热质量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种灯管支杆可调节,改变加热灯管的位置和角度,并且可以对塑料瓶胚的顶部直接加热,使塑料瓶胚整体加热均匀,同时根据塑料瓶胚的长短,合理开启加热灯管,节省能耗,提高加热灯管利用率的塑料吹瓶机加热器灯管调节装置。
本实用新型塑料吹瓶机加热器灯管调节装置的技术方案是:包括加热支架,加热支架的一侧连接进风管,加热支架中安装灯管支杆,灯管支杆的头部安装灯管夹,灯管夹上安装加热灯管,加热灯管对着塑料瓶胚加热,其特征在于所述的加热支架上安装压板,压板中安装调节螺钉,压板和调节螺钉与灯管支杆相接触,所述的灯管夹与灯管支杆之间安装松紧螺钉。
本实用新型的塑料吹瓶机加热器灯管调节装置,在加热支架上安装压板,压板中安装调节螺钉,压板和调节螺钉与灯管支杆相接触,所述的灯管夹与灯管支杆之间安装松紧螺钉,工作时可拧开其中一根灯管支杆上的调节螺钉,使压板和调节螺钉与灯管支杆脱离接触,再将灯管支杆向内移出,使加热灯管位于塑料瓶胚的顶部上方,再拧开灯管夹与灯管支杆之间的松紧螺钉,调节灯管夹的倾斜角度,最后拧紧松紧螺钉,使加热灯管正对着塑料瓶胚顶部加热,使整个塑料瓶胚受热均匀。特别是可根据不同长度、大小的塑料瓶胚,控制加热灯管开启的支数,例如塑料瓶胚的长度比较短,只要将该塑料瓶胚顶部上方的加热灯管移出,开启该加热灯管及以下的加热灯管,就可以将该塑料瓶胚有效加热,而该加热灯管以上的加热灯管不用开启,节省能耗,提高加热灯管利用率。

本实用新型涉及一种塑料吹瓶机加热器灯管调节装置,如图1、图2所示,包括加热支架1,加热支架的一侧连接进风管2,加热支架中安装灯管支杆3,灯管支杆的头部安装灯管夹4,灯管夹上安装加热灯管5,加热灯管5对着塑料瓶胚6加热,其特征在于所述的加热支架1上安装压板7,压板7中安装调节螺钉8,压板7和调节螺钉8与灯管支杆3相接触,所述的灯管夹4与灯管支杆3之间安装松紧螺钉9。本方案在加热支架1上安装压板7,压板7中安装调节螺钉8,压板7和调节螺钉8与灯管支杆3相接触,所述的灯管夹4与灯管支杆3之间安装松紧螺钉9,工作时可拧开其中一根灯管支杆3上的调节螺钉8,使压板7和调节螺钉8与灯管支杆3脱离接触,再将灯管支杆3向内移出,使加热灯管5位于塑料瓶胚6的顶部上方,再拧开灯管夹4与灯管支杆3之间的松紧螺钉9,调节灯管夹4的倾斜角度,最后拧紧松紧螺钉9,使加热灯管5正对着塑料瓶胚6顶部加热,使整个塑料瓶胚受热均匀。特别是可根据不同长度、大小的塑料瓶胚,控制加热灯管开启的支数,例如塑料瓶胚的长度比较短,只要将该塑料瓶胚顶部上方的加热灯管移出,开启该加热灯管及以下的加热灯管,就可以将该塑料瓶胚有效加热,而该加热灯管以上的加热灯管不用开启,节省能耗,提高加热灯管利用率。
