本实用新型涉及一种小型漏电断路器。具体涉及一种高分断小型漏电断路器，可有效避免因零线飞弧造成的产品损坏。
背景技术：
目前，小型漏电断路器作为漏电保护装置安装在电源进户线上，它的作用是当电路中相线与零线产生的漏电电流大于其上标称的漏电动作电流时经过一定的延时时间后自动保护性跳闸，从而对串联在其后的设备进行保护。小型漏电断路器作为一项有效的电气安全技术装备已被广泛使用。然而，现有的小型漏电断路器仅能够消除因相线飞弧而产生的系统故障，对避免因零线飞弧造成的产品损坏尚无很好的解决办法。
实用新型内容：
针对现有上述产品的技术不足，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种高分断小型漏电断路器，其由基座、电磁系统、后隔弧板、导磁片、接线板、灭弧室、调节螺丝、动触头、锁扣、手柄弹簧、手柄、跳扣、下隔弧板、静触头组件、导磁板、左盖、漏电线圈、线路板、零序电流互感器、零线灭弧室、右盖等组成。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：基座右下方设置导磁板及下隔弧板，静触头组件安置在基座右侧；锁扣安置在基座的左上侧，跳扣安置在基座的中上部；基座的中下部设置灭弧室，灭弧室的左侧安置后隔弧板；导磁片安置在电磁系统铁芯的左侧；基座背面的中上方设置漏电线圈，线路板安置在基座背面的中右侧，线路板的右下角设置零序电流互感器，基座背面的左下角安置零线灭弧室，零线侧设置了灭弧系统。
本实用新型的有益效果是：零线侧同时具备了灭弧系统，避免因零线飞弧造成的产品损坏；产品结构上由两大部分拼装组成，避免了拼装的繁琐，也便于在系统发生故障时进行安全、有效的维护。

如图1、图2、图3所示，一种高分断小型漏电断路器，包括基座1、电磁系统2、后隔弧板3、导磁片4、接线板5、灭弧室6、调节螺丝7、动触头8、锁扣9、手柄弹簧10、手柄11、跳扣12、下隔弧板13、静触头组件14、导磁板15、左盖16、漏电线圈17、线路板18、零序电流互感器19、零线灭弧室20、右盖21等。基座1右下方设置导磁板15及下隔弧板13，静触头组件14安置在基座1右侧；电磁系统2安置在基座1上，电磁系统2的接线板5安置在基座1的左中部，线圈、支架安置在基座1中部，动触头8安置在基座1右上侧；基座1的上部设置手柄弹簧10，锁扣9安置在基座1的左上侧，跳扣12安置在基座1的中上部；手柄11安置在基座1的左上方；基座1的中下部设置灭弧室6，后隔弧板3安置在灭弧室6的左侧，调节螺丝7安置在基座1的左中侧；导磁片4安置在电磁系统2铁芯的左侧，盖上左盖16；基座1背面的中上方设置漏电线圈17，线路板18安置在基座1背面的中右侧；线路板18的右下角设置零序电流互感器19；零线灭弧室20安置在基座1背面左下角；盖上右盖21；插上大铆钉铆起来。

1.一种高分断小型漏电断路器，其由基座、电磁系统、后隔弧板、导磁片、接线板、调节螺丝、动触头、锁扣、手柄弹簧、手柄、跳扣、下隔弧板、静触头组件、导磁板组成，其特征在于：锁扣安置在基座的左上侧，跳扣安置在基座的中上部；基座的中下部设置灭弧室，灭弧室的左侧安置后隔弧板；导磁片安置在电磁系统铁芯的左侧；基座背面的中上方设置漏电线圈，线路板安置在基座背面的中右侧，线路板的右下角设置零序电流互感器，基座背面的左下角安置零线灭弧室。
