众所周知，真空截止阀是一种常用的阀门，一般包括阀体、阀杆、阀瓣、阀盖等，阀盖和阀杆之间设有密封填料，阀杆与阀瓣传动连接，在阀盖上还固设有支架，在支架中设有与阀杆相匹配的螺母，真空截止阀在管道上主要作切断、节流、分配和改变介质流动方向用。现有技术的真空截止阀的阀瓣的密封面为硬密封，存在密封效果不好的缺点。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种密封效果好的真空截止阀。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是：真空截止阀，包括阀盖、阀体、阀杆和阀瓣，阀盖和阀杆之间设有密封填料，阀杆与阀瓣传动连接，在阀盖上还固设有支架，在支架中设有与阀杆相匹配的螺母，阀瓣设有固定连接的弹性垫与阀体的密封面构成密封连接。
本实用新型的有益技术效果是：由于阀瓣设有弹性垫与阀体的密封面构成密封连接，因而具有密封效果好的优点。

下面结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步描述：
如图1所示，真空截止阀，包括阀盖1、阀体5、阀杆4和阀瓣2，阀盖1和阀杆4之间设有密封填料3，阀杆4与阀瓣2传动连接，在阀盖1上还固设有支架6，在支架6中设有与阀杆4相匹配的螺母7，阀瓣2设有固定连接的弹性垫8与阀体5的密封面构成密封连接，弹性垫8的材料为橡胶，最好是丁腈橡胶。阀体5的密封面为堆焊层9，堆焊层9的材料耐磨性比阀体5更好，使阀体5的密封面使用寿命更长，本实施例的堆焊层9的材料为D507Mo。在阀盖1上设有排气孔10，排气孔10与密封填料3连通，使阀杆4上下运动时，阻力更小。本实施例的螺母7固设在支架6中，阀杆4与手轮11固定连接，转动阀杆4，使阀杆4上下移动。螺母7也可以轴向固定连接、径向活动连接地设于支架6中，手轮11与螺母7固定连接，阀杆4轴向设有导向键，转动螺母7带动阀杆4上下移动。

1.真空截止阀，包括阀盖(1)、阀体(5)、阀杆(4)和阀瓣(2)，阀盖(1)和阀杆(4)之间设有密封填料(3)，阀杆(4)与阀瓣(2)传动连接，在阀盖(1)上还固设有支架(6)，在支架(6)中设有与阀杆(4)相匹配的螺母(7)，其特征是：阀瓣(2)设有固定连接的弹性垫(8)与阀体(5)的密封面构成密封连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的真空截止阀，其特征是：阀体(5)的密封面为堆焊层(9)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的真空截止阀，其特征是：在阀盖(1)上设有排气孔(10)，排气孔(10)与密封填料(3)连通。
