背景技术
电力电缆主要由导体、绝缘层、屏蔽层和护套四部分组成。其中线导体用来输送电能,是电力电缆的主要部分。绝缘层将线芯与大地以及不同相的线芯间在电气上彼此隔离,保证电能输送,屏蔽层一般包括导体屏蔽层和绝缘屏蔽层。护套是保护电力电缆免受外界杂质和水分的侵入,以及防止外力直接损坏电力电缆。现有的电力电缆绝缘层结构单一,绝缘性能较差。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种绝缘性能好的电力电缆。
本实用新型所述的电力电缆,它包括导体,在导体外依次绕包包带层和导体屏蔽层,在导体屏蔽层外挤包绝缘层,绝缘层外依次设置绝缘屏蔽层、半导电阻水膨胀缓冲层、金属护套和非金属护套。
本实用新型通过绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层及金属护套的结合,既增加了电力电缆的绝缘性能,同时提高了机械性能。

如图1所示,本实用新型所述的一种电力电缆,其特征是:它包括导体1,在导体外依次绕包包带层2和导体屏蔽层3,在导体屏蔽层3外挤包绝缘层4,绝缘层4外依次设置绝缘屏蔽层5、半导电阻水膨胀缓冲层6、金属护套7和非金属护套8。
绝缘厚度计算:
对于高压交联聚乙烯电缆,按工频电压和雷电冲击过电压以及威布尔分布曲线的最小击穿场强计算绝缘厚度
(1)按雷电冲击过电压计算绝缘厚度timp

式中:
BIL-基准冲击水平,取BIL=450kV;
K1-温度系数,取K1=1.25;
K2-老化系数,取K2=1.1;
K3-裕度系数,取K3=1.1;
Eimp-雷电冲击过电压下的最小击穿场强,取Eimp=60kV/mm;
则:
t imp = 450 × 1.25 × 1.1 × 1.1 60
timp=9.72(mm)
(2)按工频电压计算绝缘厚度tac
t ac = U / 3 × K 1 ′ × K 2 ′ × K 3 ′ E lac
式中:
U-系统工频电压;
K1′-温度系数,取K1′=1.2;
K2′-老化系数;
K3′-裕度系数,取K3′=1.1;
Elac-工频电压下的最小击穿场强,取Elac=30kV/mm;
老化系数K2′的确定:
对于交联聚乙烯电缆,其V-t特性为:

N-寿命指数;n=9;
C-常数
则,K2′=(30年×360天/年×24小时/天)1/9=4;
66kV最小工频击穿绝缘厚度为:
t ac = 50 × 1.2 × 4 × 1.1 30
tac=8.8(mm)
66kV交联电缆最小绝缘厚度:
t=max(9.72,8.8)=9.72mm。
