本实用新型涉及变频器电缆,特别是一种用于多种环境下的3kV及以下阻水耐油型变频器电缆。 
背景技术
目前公知的变频器用电缆,一般体积较大,使用场合要求高在这种情况下,一是给敷设带来很大的难度;二是环境适应能力差,给使用者带来很大安装难度。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型旨在解决现有变频器用电缆存在的上述诸多缺陷的问题,而提供一种针对3kV及以下变频器用电缆的结构进行改进,以减小电缆直径适应多种环境的阻水耐油型变频器电缆。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种阻水耐油型变频器电缆,包括绝缘线芯防水层屏蔽层阻水包带层耐油护套层,所述绝缘线芯由截面呈扇形边角圆弧过渡的内层导体及绕包在该内层导体外的绝缘层构成,各绝缘线芯组合成圆形结构的成缆线芯,各绝缘线芯之间置入有填充材料,成缆线芯外部自内向外依次绕包有内衬层具有屏蔽效果又是中性线的同心导体层防水层屏蔽层阻水包带层和耐油护套层。 
与现有技术相比,本实用新型敷设简单,电缆结构稳定,适应于耐油防水等特殊场合,产品整体电性能和机械性能稳定,经济实用。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。 
参见图1,本实施例所述阻水耐油型变频器电缆,其成缆线芯由三根绝缘线芯组成,每根绝缘线芯均由截面呈扇形边角圆弧过渡的内层导体1及绕包在该内层导体1外的绝缘层2构成,三根绝缘线芯组合成圆形结构的成缆线芯,三根绝缘线芯之间置入有填充材料3扇形截面的绝缘线芯可以减少成品后的电缆外径,填充材料3可有效纵向阻水。所述成缆线芯外部绕包有内衬层4,内衬层4外部为同心导体层5,具有屏蔽效果,同时也是中性线;同心导体层5外部为特殊挤出的防水层6,防水层6外部为屏蔽层7,屏蔽层7外部为阻水包带层8,阻水包带层8外部有特殊材料制成的耐油护套层9本实施例所述电缆外径小,适应于耐油防水等特殊场合。

1.一种阻水耐油型变频器电缆,包括绝缘线芯、防水层、屏蔽层、阻水包带层、耐油护套层,其特征在于,所述绝缘线芯由截面呈扇形、边角圆弧过渡的内层导体及绕包在该内层导体外的绝缘层构成,各绝缘线芯组合成圆形结构的成缆线芯,各绝缘线芯之间置入有填充材料,成缆线芯外部自内向外依次绕包有内衬层、具有屏蔽效果又是中性线的同心导体层、防水层、屏蔽层、阻水包带层和耐油护套层。
